Meds when you need them without the hassle
Even though the meds are coming from out of the US, they get here in a timely manner and I'm not asked to spend a lot on postage. Also saves me trip to the vet when my dog doesn't need it and that's huge. I'm paying less for more convenience. That's a win, win for me!

No Rx Flea treatment
I have multiple cats and flea season can get expensive especially when vets want to charge a consultation fee and appointment fee per cat just to get them all in flea treatment. VETSHOPMAX allows me to get the treatment without rx and the treatment is exactly the same as the ones I get in the vet . The packaging might differ but works the same. Might take a month to arrive so plan accordingly but I have never had a bad experience with the company.

I like that I don't need a prescription…
I like that I don't need a prescription to continue giving my 2 Shih-tsu dogs the medicine they need at a price I can afford as I don't need to take them to the veterinarian to get a script costing as much as the medicine.

DHL did not deliver -- dropped it off…
DHL did not deliver -- dropped it off at the USPS and said I requested it. This is not true. Their attempts to deliver were 642 am and 1009 am -- both times I was here and door was open.

We’re truly sorry for the confusion with your package. This was a rare situation, and it seems the issue may have happened during the handoff between DHL and USPS.
Since this was an international shipment, there may have been some miscommunication between the couriers.
To clarify, the 6:42 AM update indicated that your order was out for delivery. Then, at 10:09 AM, USPS marked it as “being held at your local post office".
We understand how frustrating it must have been to make a trip to the post office when that wasn’t your request, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
While courier movements are unfortunately beyond our control, we’re glad to hear that you did receive your package in the end.

Quick, Easy and You Don't Need a Prescription
