A month of delays, contradictions, and zero accountability
My experience with this team was unexpectedly chaotic and deeply unprofessional.
Over a period of 53 days, I was passed between multiple colleagues, promised calls that never happened, and repeatedly asked for information that had already been provided in writing — sometimes more than once.
We consolidated stock, prepared full catalogues, moved everything into one location at their request to ship items to them, and followed every direction given. Despite this, the communication on their side remained fragmented and inconsistent. Important details were missed, misinterpreted, or simply ignored, and at no point did anyone take responsibility for the delays created entirely on their end.
The most surprising part was the attempt to frame these internal issues as “inconsistencies” on our side, rather than acknowledging the breakdown in their own process. I approached them expecting a coordinated, professional operation; what I encountered instead felt disorganised and disconnected, more like a collection of individuals working without structure.
This review reflects only my experience with the specific team I interacted with, not necessarily the entire organisation. But based on what I dealt with, I cannot recommend them for anyone who values clear communication, accountability, and professional handling of business assets.
