We also think it is very sad that a product is sold out and is working on picking up all orders to our online customers in stores as quickly as possible.
We have chosen to have a joint stock with our 7000 sqm store, which in some cases means that an item ordered online cannot be picked before a store customer has already taken the item and put it in their shopping cart.
The reason for that choice is that we want to offer as many goods as possible to our customers online.
The order confirmation shows that this can happen. However, I would like to point out that these cases are very few in relation to the goods we actually deliver.
