Poor website… poor customer service…. Keep your money….. avoid using the website, mis typed information

I am extremely disappointed with viagogo. I traveled all the way from Lithuania to Warsaw specifically to attend The Weeknd concert. I was expecting my tickets to be delivered on the day of the event, but they never arrived. I had already spent money on transportation, accommodation, food, and my entire trip was ruined because of your failure to deliver the tickets. I missed the concert completely despite traveling hundreds of kilometers to be there. While I appreciate that I eventually received a refund, it does not compensate for the stress, wasted time, and additional travel expenses. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I cannot recommend viagogo based on what happened to me.

Absolute scam of a company.
They use google ad's to prmote themselves as the defacto standrd in ticket sales.
Meanwhile they are just reselling and auctioning tickets at inflated prices and ripping people off. When you want to cancel your order they inform you that it's not possible but offer to resell your resold tickets again, making them more cash. They should be shut down and directors jailed for fraudualent misrepresentation.

Easy enough to find tickets of all different price ranges. Very smooth getting the tickets once they eventually came through. That would be my only drawback is it was just day before concert before we got tickets and was told it could even be on the day. I know it's all to do with when they are released from Ticketmaster etc but was a bit stressful whether we would actually get them or no.

Ease of ordering on a trusted website used many times, tickets aways arrive on time for shows.

Easy to purchase the tickets and I’m familiar with the Paycom Center so navigating and parking was easy for me. The venue is always great and Jason Aldean was an awesome performance!

Easy to buy tickets on line. I was worried about not getting tickets instantly. But we had a text a few days before with tickets on the app explaining that the bar code for entry would arrive in the app on the day before. And it did. Exactly as they explained on email. It worked at the entry gate to Wembley. No problems at all. Would use them again.

I thought tickets were going to arrive earlier and when ask for the tickets. Viagogo said we will talk to the company so that got me a bit nervous as to my eyes you are the company. The rest was ok

Terrible service!
I ordered tickets that arrived a couple of hours before the show. The tickets were not the ones I ordered and we could not see the performance from where we were. I complained and they said they couldn’t help despite having a refund guarantee which should have covered me.
After asking for the case to be reviewed they offered me a full refund which was great!
I would use this company again

This was great however not hearing anything from you until a week before the event is quite unnerving if you have used this type of purchase before
More regular comms would give greater peace of mind

Amazing! Getting the ticket was very easy and safe and everything worked out nicely on the day of the event. Not the first time using viagogo and always a good experience.

They don’t deserve one star for their practice. I paid 158 euros for two tickets instead of 44 euros and found out too late. Incredible. A lot of money down the drain. If I could I would warn everyone about this company.

tickets were real, delivered on time, seats were just as promised as well.

Bought tickets via viagogo for the 2nd time now and again it was a seemliness transaction, tickets were on the app. No issues at all.
Id definitely use Viagogo again!
