AMAZING!!!
i bought one ariana ticket and received it the NEXT day I AM SO HAPPYYYYY

When I booked the tickets, I specifically selected and paid for seats in Block G2, which is located in the middle of the venue. I paid €457.89 because I wanted good seats with a clear view of the stage.

However, when we printed our tickets and arrived at the venue, we discovered that we had been allocated completely different seats: Unterrang A1, Row 12, Seats 4 and 5.

These seats were extremely disappointing and bore no resemblance to the seats we had booked. From this position, our view of the stage was severely obstructed by the speaker towers and lighting equipment. We were unable to properly see the performance for most of the concert. Considering the amount we paid, this was entirely unacceptable. Tried to get a refund the next day and they said they would be in touch, two weeks later I contacted them agin and the said they would be had nom record Of my compaint, and now its too late, offerd a voucher for 114€,

Really good service and communication. The ticket was flawless. My ticket arrived July 9th, when my event was scheduled for July 17th - 19th. Everything worked flawlessly as I personalized my ticket at the venue (Tomorrowland). I am looking forward to purchasing more tickets.

All straight forward and tickets available in time

Everything was superb. Tickets for Bad Bunny in warsaw came 24 hours prior to the event and we had a great time

Everything went well, the ticket came on time as promised. There were no problems.

Got tickets for BTS 17.07.2026 and everything worked out. Was scared before because of the negative reviews to get a fake ticket etc but fortunately this was not the case for me.
I cannot speak for the customer service how they would have handled it if this would have been the case.

Chose viagogo cause I lost the official ticket war and really wanted to see BTS. But yeah the price was around +30-40€ more than the original ticket which is why I probably won’t do it again cause I do not want to support this unfair behavior of the sellers.
If the price is the same as the original plus a small service fee I would be happy to use the service again if needed.

I was soo nervous in front of the ticket gate and soooo happy as the light turned green 😅🤣🤣

It took around 2-3 hours to receive the tickets (mentioned it was instant ticket download).

Amazing concert! The purchase experience was easy and quick. I did get a little nervous about the lead time for the tickets, I don't understand why it takes so long to get the e-tickets on the app as it should be instantaneous. But none the less, I got the tickets in time and no issues.

The tickets were a little more expensive than the original ticket price but since the concert was sold out in a few seconds it was the option to choose. We got the tickets few days before the event, enough time to not stress about it. The support was very good with help and answering immediately and helping out very good (even tho it was a chatbot). As soon as you need help by a real agent you get connected fast to them but the bot already helped me perfectly with my needs. The show was awsome. And no issues with the mobile transferred tickets.

What a site these are absolutely scamming people out of hundreds of pounds

To get the tickets was the best I ever did. To be at the concert will be a lifetime memory- even the price is very high. I would do it again

I had been dreaming of attending a BTS concert for six years, but unfortunately I couldn't get tickets when they first went on sale. I was so disappointed and thought I had lost my chance.
Then I found Viagogo. At first, I was honestly afraid it might not be trustworthy because I had never used the website before. But everything went smoothly, my ticket was valid, and I was finally able to attend the concert.

In the end everything went well. The customer service was really helpful and responsive.
Just that I kind of panic because I received the tickets one day before the concert.

The price was fair and I get my ticket the next day I ordered and my friend 20mins before concert we are very happy thank you viagogo

It was good experience but for mobile transfer ticket you have to wait until the seller transfers the ticket and it was alot of anxiety for me

I realise that you are a secondary market organisation. This caused great stress in me. Because of the fact that the ticket was issued only a few hours before the performance. Eventually, I got the ticket and I was happy. Will I do it again ... not sure. Thank you for asking me.

Tickets came late but worked without problems

In the beginning I had some concerns about the recessions of viagogo but I have to admit that everything went very well. I bought two tickets for Foo Fighters in Vienna and I received them almost three months in advance of the event. They were no fake and we had an amazing time with the Foo Fighters.
Only four stars due to the surcharge. But you know, a rare chance to get some tickets in front row.
