The support chat agents were fast, adequate and effective! I really appreciate the fact that you can so easily connect with a live agent, who will help you even with the slightest concern.
Also, I really like the feature of the app showcasing the view from the different available seats, it is so helpful when choosing and comparing, and honestly, this feature is the reason I bought the tickets from this app eventually.

All went well. He took a while to receive the tickets and that left me a bit anxious but all went well in the end. The app kept me update along the process so I would book again whith viagogo no doubt.

It was an easy, uncomplicated process to buy my ticket for the concert. I was impressed with Viagogo personnel who followed up with me personally to make sure I had received my ticket! Thank you!!

Everything worked out Perfect, bought tickets for a limited bad bunny concert, The tickets were directly ready to download. Entering with the ticket was no Problem! Would buy Tickets on viagogo Again!

i joined the event. but not at the place of the venue that i payed for. i booked lower bowl and i joined the event at upper bowl.

Everything worked out well with the tickets. I bought them very close to the event and received them one day before. Process was simple, the only thing I would like is maybe to be more transparent about who is selling the tickets, on the mobile app you cannot see the name of the seller or if it's sold by person or reseller.

I had little problems with the seller, caused some fear and uncertainty, but it tourned out great, thank you for the support

PLEASE BE INFORMED THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY!!! Bought my tickets in February , now is May and tickets still do not arrived. They said it will come 1hour (!!) before concert , which is a joke! They use your money and I am not so sure tickets will come. Have seen really scary comments

Communication ist good. The booking process should be more transparent. The price showing is not the final price. The service fees and taxes aren’t shown.

Thank you viagogo for the eurovision tickets. Even thought it was a difficult contest to find tickets (special app for tickets, and in general they tryed to convince everyone not to buy tickets from other sites, but only the official site) Viagogo once again was great. We bought tickets and soon they transfered into the Eurovisin app so we could use them.
