Easy to navigate the website. Was excited for my daughter to go see Ye live so it was a great event.

Great experience

At the begining the tickets were not valid ( no barcode, just the front, etc). I was the only one who noticed..that could be a problem because I would have to stay at entrance. But, after complaining to your support things went very good. You offered me alternative tickets at almost the same place and those were matching with all on it ( Barcode and front and rear). So I recomend that viagogo must check tickets legitimacy or otherwise it will be always very risky to buy it from viagogo!

Bought the tickets and immediately got access to them in my email. Worked perfectly on the match day. Was lucky to be part of a historic champions league night.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Don't buy your tickets from here. Absolutely horrible service. The whole system is very misleading and lacks transparency.

Ordered tickets, got completly wrong tickets, no help from support

this website is a scam... you should expect receiving a ticket for different event. After you contact their CS, they will tell you that they are going to ask the seller and give you the response an hour before the event start....
If you wanna get your money back, that's super difficult

The experience is nice, the only scary thing is getting your ticket on the day of the event. Like you're not sure, are you ok, safe, are you going or not? We bought tickets here for the first time and then didn't get them right away, so I was sceptical and nervous about getting the real physical tickets by email. Luckily, everything was okay and at around 7-8 in the morning (with the concert at 20) we got the tickets on email and had to go through claiming them. Everything was alright after that!

I received the tickets just two hours before the concert although I payed in October. Tickets I received from another person and not from the organizer so that is a little bit dissappointing because I payed high price for it. Could have payed less money for tickets directly from ticketmaster

Bought floor tickets for Hans Zimmer, and was given nosebleed seats in the big row. When looking at price of 575 for floor tickets, I was given 380 tickets. No refund for difference, only offered voucher.

I sold a ticket that had a specific timeslot, a buyer bought outside that time slot and was denied the entrance and they gave me a penalty of the ticket's listed price. I contacted them telling them about this misunderstanding and they said they understood it but unfortunately they cannot do anything about it. So, not only I couldn't sell my ticket, but also i was charged for that penalty and there is no way of getting the money back. UBELIEVABLE

I purchased tickets to an event 20 minutes before it started. I was looking at many other ticket sites trying to get the cheapest tickets I could find for the event and found them on Viagogo. I was afraid I might not get the tickets in time but they came right after purchase. Will definitely use them again.

Safe experience for buying high demand Tickets. My only recommendation is to provide more transparency on the fees and the final price.

I spent over $2,000 on 6 Nations tickets as a Christmas present for my parents, a once-in-a-lifetime gift. The tickets were meant to be released at 11:10am for a 14:00 kickoff. I received a confirmation email saying they had been released… yet no tickets ever arrived.

Customer service was beyond appalling. “Martin” was dismissive, unhelpful, and kept parroting “trust the process” like a broken record while the clock ticked down to kickoff. No accountability. No urgency. No actual solution. Just empty, scripted nonsense.

My parents flew to London for this match. Flights, hotels, the whole thing, all potentially wasted because this company cannot execute the single thing it claims to do: deliver tickets people have already paid thousands for.

The stress, embarrassment, and anger this caused is unbelievable. This isn’t a minor inconvenience, this is people’s money, time, and memories you’re playing with.

There may be positive reviews on here, but based on my experience, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I would genuinely pay double just to ensure nobody I know ever has to deal with this mess.

Viagogo has been a complete waste of time, money, and energy.

Avoid at all costs.
