I’m really grateful to Vibe for placing me in such a wonderful school. It was an environment where I was able to grow, expand and really experience my strengths as an educator. They matched me with a role that suited me well and supported me when I needed work.

Angela in particular was fantastic. Her clarity, professionalism and calm communication made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring.

I’m very thankful for the opportunities Vibe provided and for the genuine human support along the way 💚💫

Working for Vibe is a real pleasure-…

Working for Vibe is a real pleasure- they really care about their teachers and go above and beyond to find work that suits the individual . I’ve been working with the agency since November 2025 and get as much day to day supply work as I need and the vast majority of it is within 40 mins travel door to door. They are always supportive and understanding if I need to cancel or say no thanks. I work with the Green Team who are all wonderfully warm , friendly and down to Earth . I get a lot of days booked ahead which is great . Having experienced how other agencies work, less personal and App based , I can honestly say that Vibe’s personal touch beats all of that hands down . I can’t recommend them enough, especially my consultant Lachie, who has to be the most enthusiastic guys on the planet and is always full of good cheer !

Failed Promises

Failed Promises: My Son Was Left Without Exams or Qualifications
Failed Promises: My Son Was Left Without Exams or Qualifications

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the tuition service provided for my 16-year-old autistic son, who has been home-educated. The tuition was arranged by the Local Authority to help prepare him for his Level 1 Functional Skills exams in English and Maths.

From the beginning, we were told that Vibe, the tuition company, would support his learning and that both the tuition provider and the Local Authority would handle booking his exams. I consistently followed up every week from February onward, asking when the exams would be booked. Each time, I was reassured not to worry — that exams could be booked anytime between February and June. I even offered to pay the exam fees myself, but was told it wasn’t necessary.

Teaching was completed on July 22nd, and yet no exams were ever booked. As a result, my son was left without the qualifications he had worked hard toward. He repeatedly asked when the exams would be, and was clearly eager and motivated. In the end, he was left disheartened and disappointed, with no results to show for all his effort. I also question whether the tuition was genuinely preparing him for these exams, as no clear feedback or timelines were ever provided.

What’s even more frustrating is that the college he is due to start in September is expecting his results by August 22nd. If no results are available, there’s a risk that he will have to repeat the same qualifications for another year — delaying his progress unnecessarily and affecting his confidence and motivation.

This experience has had a serious impact on my son’s education and well-being. A child with additional needs deserves better support, clearer communication, and real accountability. Unfortunately, Vibe and the Local Authority failed us in all these areas.

I hope sharing this will help prevent other families from going through a similar experience.

Outstanding Agency

Outstanding Agency – Highly Recommend!

I've been teaching in the UK for 25 years, and Vibe is hands down the best agency I’ve ever worked with. A huge shout-out to Jacob and Eliza – they’ve been absolutely brilliant. The communication has been efficient and consistent, they’re always approachable and supportive, and I’ve received regular, positive feedback that’s helped me feel valued and confident in my role.

They really listened to what I needed and found me alternative provision work that fits perfectly around my family commitments. I genuinely feel respected and well looked after. Thank you, Vibe – and especially Jacob and Eliza – for making agency work such a positive experience!

outstanding experience

I had an outstanding experience working with the secondary team at Vibe. From the very beginning, I was impressed by how young, energetic, educated, and genuinely friendly everyone was. They truly care about your happiness and go above and beyond to ensure you are placed in a school that suits your preferences—not just in terms of the role, but also location and convenience of travel.

I had specific requests about working only in local schools, or if the school was farther away, I needed guaranteed parking to make my commute easier. The team listened carefully and made sure to meet those needs every time. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Ciara, who has been incredibly supportive and proactive. She worked tirelessly to find me a fixed-term contract in a school that was a perfect fit. Her communication was always clear, kind, and professional, and she genuinely made me feel like a priority.

I registered with several agencies at the same time, but Vibe quickly stood out. They were the only ones I stayed with because I could trust them completely. The team is reliable, responsive, and dedicated—they consistently delivered what I was looking for without fail.

Thanks so much to everyone at Vibe! I’ll definitely recommend your services to anyone looking to start a career in education, especially those who feel unsure about where to begin. You’ve made this journey incredibly smooth and positive for me, and I’m truly grateful.

Extremely poor recruitment service!

Extremely poor recruitment service!

Everyone who is reading this review will be shocked what I am about to tell. I tried getting registered with Vibe agency via phone call with Marivic Aguilar (Pipeline Coordinator) she was talking normal and as soon as she knew that I have an accent ( I am bilingual) she started changing the tone of her voice like elongating her words thinking that I am an idiot, she was asking me where I was from? also asking me if my DBS was clear with such annoying tone of voice just to put me down. I had sleepless nights for weeks thinking how she spoke to me, now it’s time to get it out from my chest.
I hope Vibe do something about it.

Very approachable agency

The most amazing teaching agency I have worked so far. Supportive team, approachable service and very chill working ethos. I definitely will choose again if possible and recommend to my friends. Thanks everyone at Vibe, especially thanks to Abby, who was always supportive to me and I wish all the best and the continued success with Vibe in the future.

Thanks vibe from Leena

It was a really friendly and welcoming place to work. The team were always helpful and informative. Pink team were brilliant! There were some placements that were trickier than others, however Vibe's recommendations and preparation were great and they were excellent and matching me to schools that suited once I had a few jobs under my belt.

Vibe ! If I could say one thing is that I am…

If I could say one thing is that I am so fortunate to be able to work with vibe ! I never knew a working with a ajancy could feel like your talking to your friends .
I want to give a special shout out to the secondary blue team who have been handeling my job placements , especially Marissa and Alesha who have been nothing but kind , calling me every day to make sure I am up ready for the day and on my way to work and being really patient whith me when I struggle to send them my forms over email 😅
Anyone would be blessed to be able to work with these two wonderful ladies.

And then also to Anel that greated me in my home language when I answered the phone to apply for a job with vibe and when I went for an interview , it made mee feel so at ease. She was so kind and welcoming it never really felt like I was being interviewed.

What I want to say is the you kan not go wrong with vibe ! Infact one might say it would-be one of the best decisions you make in your entire life...

A traumatic experience that made me step away from teaching once and for all

A traumatic experience that made me step away from teaching once and for all.

I was horrified by how apathetic and blunt the staff were when I told more than one person from the team that I got injured at the school I was sent to. Just cancelled the booking and asked me to rest.

No arranging any follow-up call to check on how I felt or the specifics of what actually went wrong, no follow up with the school as to who was involved and whether I could claim any compensation.

Poor Poor Poor Recruitment Service, Not felt like being Respected or Treasured

1.5 Star overall

I registered with Vibe Teacher Recruitment this time last year, being referred by a dear friend also my neighbour, and telling me that it’s worth trying. So, I went to their office in Hammersmith to do the registration. Everything was very fine in the first place, the staff, the office, it did give me a very good impression, or should I say, a very good VIBE..Although I did feel a bit strange that basically each time I received a call since then, be it a follow up on the reference check or a proposed allocation to schools around my area, it’s coming from a different staff from their team. They did a colour code and put me to black this time, peach next time, and back to black the other day, and each time I received a call from a different number, so I just couldn’t keep track of WHO was dealing with my profile and WHO was responsible to handle and follow up with me..I remember there was a day that I received calls from 3 different people, trying to follow up with me on the same issue, which was about my pay. And I had to repeat myself and give the same explanation again and again, about why I wanted to have a raise in my pay after having worked for them for a consecutive 3 months.

I was sent to a school based in Southwest London. The staff from Vibe told me at around 7:30 that it was only 35-45 minutes away from my home, and the school was just by the bus stop. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to reach the school because they just didn’t take into consideration the traffic and things like that. I was given a long face and being scolded at by the school’s office staff and the business manager, questioning me why I was late, and they said Vibe had confirmed with them early on that morning and so it wasn’t a last minute booking. It’s after I told them about where I lived and how bad the traffic was that they understood and apologized for their attitude earlier on. The school was quite good overall, I met some nice teachers and students there.

I remember on the day of registration I told them very very explicitly that I wanted to stay close to my area because I have children to look after and I want to be home as soon as possible after school finishes. On that trial day, by the time I returned home during the rush hour, it was almost 5:30. I called the person that assigned me to the school but another person picked up the call, she didn’t seem quite willing to talk to me, uttering at such a pace and tone that I just couldn’t stop her to make a query. Later that evening I received a call from their team that the school wanted me back the following day which should last until the end of the term, and they asked me to confirm……originally I hesitated but as soon as the guy said they didn’t have any other job and couldn’t guarantee one for the next day should I skip that one and wait, because of his persuasion, I chose to go back to that school.

Fortunately, I met a colleague in that school who helped me to get into another agency which is Special Needs focused, they are incredibly supportive and respectful. I love the fact that they follow me up after each week’s work at the school and they don’t push me, they make me feel a part of their family.

If you want to get a job quickly, Vibe can help you because I trust they have many linkage with schools, but if you want to feel treasured and respected as a supply worker, I suggest that you should go for smaller boutique agencies, one that would make you feel valued, not one that pass you around and send you far away without taking your major request into account.

Anyway, I still have to thank Vibe Teacher Recruitment, because it’s through working for them that I met the person that helped me find my current job, indirectly.
