I ordered 6 oak internal doors before xmas. I had spent much time researching options available. I knew that I could have bought some of the doors from Wickes for a good price, but these were unfinished doors. I found Doors and More (aka Vibrant Doors) via a web search, and discovered that they sold fully finished doors. This is what I opted for. I bought during their Black Friday sale with 20-30% discount. I have a van so opted to collect myself. The company closed down for 2 weeks over the xmas and NY period. I collected the doors and stored them inside until ready to install. I then found that each door had a paper instruction label which spoke about needing to finish the doors. I sent 2 emails to the company but did not receive any response. After the 3rd email, I got a response, which suggested that I had ordered the wrong items. They even provided a screen shot of a doctored order confirmation email to me, supposedly with the door numbers. This did not correspond with the actual order confirmation email I ACTUALLY RECEIVED. I have forwarded them the actual email, so will see how they try to get out of that! NOT HAPPY!!! If they checked the price I paid, then they will see that this is far higher than the price now when the sale has finished. I will now send them a formal complaint. TIP: Make sure you get a screenshot of your order details showing the description of what you want to order, before you press the order button!

Great product, very good price

Beware, I bought two shaker style doors. Both of the doors needed to be trimmed by an allowed amount to fit the door opening. One of the doors is constructed from wood but the other identical door is made from chipboard. Trimming the chipboard door leaves a rough surface not suitable for painting or fitting hinges. Contacted the company by phone - no answer after an hour waiting and no response to an email either - terrible customer service. I need my money back for the chipboard door.

The doors arrived on time and as described, so I can't fault the company at all. However, the delivery people had damaged the packaging, and the van floor was wet, causing staining to the bare oak doors, which was annoying. I'm hoping I can sand it out.

Order process was very easy. I ordered and paid for my 18 doors in December but there was a stock out on some frosted glass. The delivery date for those was in January when the sale was on, I queried the lower price and they agreed to credit the difference on the whole order, great customer service. Also, the delivery communication and tracking link they provide via Climadoors was excellent.
