Loved it...

I tried to buy a product online and the…

I tried to buy a product online and the website didn't allowed my credit card. Long story short, I was charged twice and my order was not placed. I called the customer service and they told me that what happen is COMPLETELY NORMAL and I will see my money back in SEVEN DAYS.
That's totally unacceptable. Take care using your card online.

Great products but sadly there delivery of items needs seriously sharpening up I have never had a full order delivered and have even had the paperwork to say they had shipped items that were not in the box and this trouble everytime I order does make you not want to continue using them.

They stole my money!!!!

They stole my money. I bought some products and asked for them to be delivered to a safe place (INSIDE MY SHED). Instead, they left the products on top of the rubbish bin (they even sent a blurry picture of the bin as proof of delivery LOL!!!!),of course, the products were gone when I went to get them. It was very difficult to contact them. I spent several minutes on the phone reporting the missing products and writing emails explaining, all for nothing... They simply said that the items had been delivered to a safe place. I used to like the brand, but definitely won’t be gifting them any more money.

Bad customer service

I am so disappointed in the service ! I bought two vichy products and had some questions regarding their usage and the codes that were on the packaging. I contacted them through facebook but had to wait for a reply for 2 hours. Later, i was asked to clarify my question, so I did just that right away and I even attached pictures of what I was asking about. I waited for another 4 hours !! I'm sure my issue could have been solved within minutes but instead I received no reply. I eventually wrote a review and only then 5 mins later I received some reply. It still did not answer my question. So I've been trying to get them to answer since then.

The incredible Vichy Liftactiv Supreme

This product is fantastic! I have used Dior and Clinique on and off for a while and then tried Decleor which left my skin like sand paper. I am 46 so wanted something that brightens my skin and reduces appearance of fine lines and wrinkles!
I tried so many samples and feeling very frustrated happened upon the Vichy aisle at Boots and was given a sample. Not hoping for much I tried it and felt like my skin seemed to be healing a bit from the Decleor experiment!
I have combination skin so my t zone gets oily but my cheeks and chin are dry. I find anti ageing creams too heavy and I end up with an oily forehead and open pores.
I’ve used just the day cream for 3 days and have noticed already the fine lines (even the deep one between my eyebrows) is visibly reduced. My skin seems even and it looks brighter and radiant - know that sounds a bit cliche but it definitely seems glowing! I am so impressed with this cream and I got it on sale for £22.50!
Really love it and it works!!!

Black Friday week defeat

I have ordered 2 items over Black Friday week, I've been charged for 1 but never received anything. I've contacted them they have explained they run out of first product (but it was in stock when I spoke to them!) and they will refund me for the second item as it was sent but not delivered. No money no nothing so far, I've made complain over their website but also no answer to that!

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service!! I ordered a full week ago and my order is still "processing." The website said orders are processed in 24 hours. I sent an email and did not receive a reply. I tried Facebook, no reply. Their customer service line was "not taking calls due to high call volume." Probably all the other angry customers... I tried calling later and waited on hold for 15 minutes for someone to tell me nothing useful other than there's a delay due to high volume (high volume during the Holiday season?! No way!!). Maybe they should plan for these things...or at least warn us before we order. They warn us about potential delays due to Canada Post, but nothing about their own inadequacies. On top of all of this, they make it impossible to cancel your order, even if it is not processed. Probably because half of the people would get annoyed and cancel (like me if I could...).

substandard customer service

After a dissapointing customer experience, I have decided to share my reviews here. Basically I purchased two items on Vichy website on Black Friday. I have made a payment of two items with my credit card. The transaction was screenshot for reference. However I only received one instead of two items without any explanation. Like many customers here, I was promised a phone back & no one did, I send an email and filled in the online query and no one replied. I have decided to have a live chat with their customer service and his explanation was the item was out of stock and they’d only charge for the item once it’s dispatched?! I have never heard such nonsense. I am waiting for my credit card statement to ensure about this before I proceed any further. Such a dissapointment with an established skincare brand.

AVOID AVOID AVOID... Vichy will ruin your skin

I placed a bulk order for products. When they arrived I began to used them however my skin broke out quite badly. I have contacted vichy to discuss this. They eventually replied to my email but have ignored me since.
Avoid this company. They do not care about customers or about how their rubbish products will break out your skin(which they will)
So dissapointed. Happy to take your money.
My skin is now a mess, over sensitive, and it's not responding well to other skincare. £100s wasted and not a care in the world from Vichy

I will stick to Clarins and other reliable brands from now own. Look after your skin, don't use this rubbish.
AVOID!!

Poorest customer service ever

Poorest customer service ever - ordered an order totalling £30 almost a month ago which was never received and still have never received a refund. Contacted customer service multiple times to which i’m told I will be contacted by the correct department immediately which has never happened. Was told my case was marked as “urgent” and that a manager would contact me within the hour which surprisingly never happened. Would recommend NOT ordering through their website and instead from Boots as will be more reliable. So very disappointed and frustrated I have not seen the items I ordered or my money back. Absolutely dreadful customer service never again will I purchase their products.

Vichy.co.uk website is SCAM!!!!!! Do not order anything from them!!! I have oredered online kit from Vichy for £69, there was missing cream £30, other cream was open and sample they sent was best before january 2017. This was 3 weeks ago and customer service doesn't want to talk to me, they just saying we will contact you but then they just send me e-mail with question and never replied again (this happened 3 times) or they will tell someone will phone you and this never happens again (experience from last 2 days). I will probably never see my money or cream but you people be VERY CAREFUL AND RATHER AVOID THIS SITE!!!
