This is a drop ship company, not a clothing line. There is no reason to not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages, as that is your business. Further, they claim to offer refunds, but do not. Lastly, I have a BMI of 19 and can't fit into a medium.
I have liked items but cannot recommend. Placed an expensive order. Vici took no care to adequately pack and ship my items. 3 giant holes in box. More than half order is missing. With no refunds I will have to dispute the order. Unprofessional.
They just offer return with store credit, and don't refund your money. If you dint like the piece you bought you have to choice another clothes. I dont recommend at all. Change de policy return.
Every item I received was damaged, from holes in the sweaters, to buttons not attached, or the sizing being way off. Replacements werent possible b/c they were out of stock. The quality is terrible! Also their return policy is awful. They only offer store credit, so now your forced into buying more ill fitting cheap clothes, or just saying goodbye to your $. Ive been trying for months to use my store credit and there is literally nothing Im interested in.
Change your refund policy! Offering only a store credit for your poor quality clothes is awful. First and last time I will be buying from them due to their refund policy.

I think the quality of the clothing is ok for the money. Why I didn’t know and was disappointed to find out is that returns are not refunded but you get a store credit instead. Beware
This was my first order from Vici. I love the look and style of the clothing. However, I purchased a $78 pair of boots and the first time wearing, part of each heel literally scraped off. I wore them from my home to my car and to dinner and back home. That’s it. They were not hit against anything, damaged due to extensive wear, or carelessness, etc. It seems that the quality of their items may not align with their pricing. I may give them another shot, since I did like some of the clothing items, but I’ll only purchase if it’s a sale item. We will see…
I have now has 2 issue with items from Vici being terrible quality. I bought a pair of boots that literally fell apart while I was sitting down on their 3rd wear. The heel of the boot completely came off at dinner. I reached out to customer service with photos of the boots. They were a light suede and had literally no damage to the boot or heel except for the obvious issue with where the heel should have been correctly attached to the boot and no longer was. I assumed i would get an apology for the very clear issue with the quality care of the item. Instead their customer service refused to provide any refund or replacement because it was greater than 24-48 hours from purchase. Evidently their definition of standing behind their quality is only within that window of sale. The rep was incredibly rude and condescending and also refused to refund a store credit I had that I obviously so not want to use. Im not one to write reviews typically but this was an absurd situation. I will never shop there again and truly hope others avoid their store before they spend good money on trash items.
NO RETURNS: You cannot get your money back from this company. It is crazy that this is not clarified before you purchase from them. The clothing comes in a huge variety of quality, meaning its a risk to order. I had placed my first order with them 2 years ago, hated several items, sent them back in a return and then discovered they would only give me in store credit, which I was not notified about when returning. I swore off the company at this point, not remembering I had 250 dollars of credit waiting. A couple of weeks ago I got pulled into a social media ad of theirs and decided to give it a try again. It was when I attempted to prepare a return today that I realized I must have credit from before...Leaving me with 100$ worth of items on this recent purchase I will not wear due to fit and quality and a 250 dollar credit from my first order years ago.
You MUST tell a customer at the time of checkout if they have no option to get their money back if the quality of their product is not up to snuff.
Quite Disappointed and positive I will never buy from them again....except to use the 250 dollar credit I forgot about for two years.
I've shopped with Vici for years. And not sure what's going on now. Placed an order and they decided to ship with DHL vs USPS or UPS. However DHL gives off to the post office for delivery. It's now been well over a week that my package was "given off" to them and not one update. USPS says they are still waiting and DHL said it was given to them over a week ago.
Vici keeps saying nothing they can do since it was shipped. So you have my money... I have no product and what you did send looks lost but nothing you can do but for my inconvenience, I can file a claim myself with the company that claims they never received my items to deliver....

This is my first order from Vici and unlikely i will shop on their website again. I ordered two pairs of jeans and was notified shortly after i placed the order that one pair was sold out so they were not able to fulfill the full order. Then today I received the jeans and they sent me a totally different style that looks nothing like the pair I ordered. Honestly have no faith in this company. I would avoid purchasing anything on their website.
Back in September I ordered a $45 long sleeve bodysuit… for $45 you should expect a decent quality bodysuit. Anyways I wasn’t able to wear it until November because that’s when the cold weather really started and guess what, after using it ONE TIME it was starting to fall apart! Holes on the side, the buttons were barely hanging… it was looking like a $5 Shein bodysuit! Called support they gave me a gift card… I decided to give them another chance. Ordered a mini skirt with the gift card that I got and I PAID PRIORITY shipping, which says clearly between 2-4 business days, please be aware that even that Vici makes you pay for priority shipping they DONT send your order using priority shipping! It’s all a lie! It’s been more than a week after my order was handled to DHL and I’m still waiting for my delivery date. They only apologized for the inconvenience and they don’t know what happened and that I should file a claim with USPS and DHL. Usually the DHL site tells you when an order was send as a priority, nope Vici didn’t send my order with priority shipping and that’s what I paid for. Now I don’t know where’s the package or if I’ll ever receive it and they aren’t taking any responsibility over it because I have to file the claim. This company needs to be reported for bad business.

The quality is no better than SheIn and yet they charge 3x the price... It take forever to get packages. I have never had a package even ship within a week before. So it takes weeks to receive something within the US. Ridiculous.
What Amazing customer service I received today from Jessica !! I had a defective blouse and she was able to send me another one right away !! I was very impressed with her so professional and also helped me with a return which Vici is the best with returns and make it so easy to do because returning something isn’t always easy to do !!
