Very pleased with every aspect of the service.
Vickers offered the product at the lowest price I could find, and although it was not in stock at the time of purchase (and I did not spot a message on the website warning that it was out of stock prior to ordering - maybe I just wasn't paying attention), I was not in a rush to receive it and the customer services team immediately emailed to advise me that I should expect my item within about ten days. It turned up within their time frame, and I was notified when it was dispatched. Packaging was absolutely fine, and the product arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased with every aspect of the service. Thank you.
