I placed an order over two months ago…
I placed an order over two months ago and have yet to receive it. There has been no tracking information, no delivery updates, and no way to check the order status through the website. The login system doesn’t work, and there’s no customer care support available—no phone number, no live chat, and only one email address that’s completely unresponsive.
I’ve tried multiple times to reach out for help, request a refund, or even just get basic order details, but I’ve received no reply whatsoever. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. At this point, I feel completely ignored and misled.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly urge others to be cautious before ordering from this site. Until they improve their customer service and delivery reliability, I cannot recommend them.
This is not a legit website, it's a scam in the name of Victoria's Secret.
