Legitimate crap products! Been using a 1280 videojet and it's the worst printer I've ever used.

If atmospheric conditions aren't exactly perfect it will not print and spray ink everywhere upon startup.

I love when it randomly corrupts its own files if you manually change the text box too often and the way it needs to be cleaned constantly to get clear legible prints

My favorite part about this company and their products is that fact that, if you come to them with a problem they don't know how to fix, you become an involuntary employee for videojet to help them diagnose the problems with their software and equipment while being offered no help in providing the "items" needed to get their equipment to work...

Bottom line, this is a company that will give you every excuse about why your environment is incorrect, so it couldn't be a problem with their shit quality equipment... Save yourself the hassle and find a better printer manufacturer, you'll be glad you didn't choose videojet!

Videojet printer VJ1220 & VJ1210 came with a hidden fault that the printer module needs to replace every 3-5 years depending on your usage. This part does not come cheap, it cost around SGD2.5k & SGD1.5k respectively. This standard replacement part was not communicated to me during the buying process.
Since the part was so expensive, I rejected the repair and purchased another brand printer although cost me SGD5k but come with 2 years warranty and do not have this printer module issue to replace every 3 years.

I have purchased videojet tto printer from this company but have had a really bad experience. Despite complaining multiple times to the company for the printer and the services required for it, we never received any services from them. Due to the same reason, we had to shift to Domino Printer and if the services continue like this we might have to stop buying from this company altogether.

Would like if someone from the company could help and expedite our request

I have purchased a Videojet Machine for my Unit M/S Mahalaxmi Chemicals, Bareilly, India. At the time of purchase, I was promised multiple facilities like timely and adequate service, on time delivery of spare parts etc.
Now, after a few months of purchase, Videojet team has stopped taking my calls. I am facing problems with my machine but no one is ready to help.

Service team on local level is corrupt. When contacted through my operator's personal number, Mr. Dinesh has said that he has an extended warranty's target and he will only help if we buy an extended warranty and help complete his target.

When we refused, he guided us towards a helpline number which we should use inorder to gain videojet services (which will eventually lead us to him).

Overall, we want to warn all factories looking for packaging solutions to avoid this corrupt company and instead go for a more trusted company which will offer services after purchase.

We sent an email on Monday, Scheduler replied and went on Vacation and no one bother to check our request. Called again and again for immediate service and got Friday and tech did not show up because he was double booked. What a pathetic System.

Lier they tell core cost is 50k for 5 years and after 3 years ask 80k. Even appointed duplicate ink supplier.

Very poor after sales service, demanding very huge amount for maintenance. Domino is far better
