I had the pleasure to work with Zach who delivered on time and did a great job.
He was very patient as I had several iterations during the process of creating the video.

We contacted VP with a super tight deadline and a small budget. We were able to find something that worked for both of us and even with a late requested change in project managers, they managed expectations and delivered great quality in a short amount of time to meet our deadline. Paul is the best there is, very responsive and makes communication the highest priority. Our video is receiving higher than the average engagement rate on LinkedIn (it's B2B!) and we're super happy about that!

Jeff and Orlando at video proficient did and excellent job. After going back and forth to get the right animation it turn out great. Would recommend them for all your video needs

The end product came out great. We are currently utilizing in our advertising campaigns and receiving great feedback. The Video Proficient staff did a pretty good job at communicating throughout the development of our video. However, the attention to detail and following of specific direction proved to be problematic. There were several instances where the same request was needed to be made on multiple occasions to achieve the required result. There were a few instances where we had to take control of the creative to provide the imaging to Video Proficient to meet our request. For this reason the project took months to produce a 0:52 video.

I was interested in Videoproficient because of their competitive pricing and during a phone call I thought they could do the job.
The process of creating the storyboard and turning it into a nice video took longer than expected and required quite some input from our side to make it as we liked it, but at the end I am super happy with the Video they produced and they even translated it into 5 other languages (good voice-overs to choose from). This second part with the translation went a lot smoother than the first part. Most important to me is that the video is exactly as i would have liked it and for that price I am very happy to put effort in myself.

The work is great once delivered, and affordable. The team is willing to work on iterating your videos until it's completes. The account managers can sometimes be difficult to reach however

Zach is executive whom I dealt with. He is prompt in replying to messages, and he worked hard with the production team to get what is needed in the video. Library of stock Video footages are limited if we were make multiple Video from then we may run issues of video which may lack creativity. But overall Video cameout really good.
I suggest add more stock Video footages to their library something to choose from.

The folks at VideoProficient, especially Jeff and his creative team, are highly professional and accommodative of the client's needs. Good quality for money, cute animation. Just make sure you negotiate all the terms before signing, like deadlines and getting the source files at the end of the project

Our Company needed a short video to explain what we do. We went with a 2d video and Video proficient did a excellent job. Money well spent. The animation is outstanding as well as the process. We worked with Orlando and Zach. They really know how to move a project forward with great input. Look forwarding to creating more videos in the future. Would definitely recommend if you need a animated video.

They are extremely dishonest! They always come up with excuses, never delivered on their promises and they offered me a free service in exchange for a positive review (ended up never receiving the service). Dot not hire them, they are absolutely terrible.

Zach and Greg made this process very comfortable for our company and we are very excited with the final results. We are looking forward to more videos and boosting our companies marketing through them.

Like all professional interaction we had hart times, but Video Proficient team was always professional and they knew how to take the project forward. In the end we achieved the goal, a video well done and with an effective cost to our budget. We hope to have the same result in our second and third videos.

They delivered a high-quality animation with great customer service and in a great time frame. Highly recommend them to anyone!!

I'm often approached by companies that promise a lot - but don't deliver. Well, Video Proficient promised me a lot - and delivered even more!

I can get rather 'picky' and even though I had Animation Monster go through my video several times and make some very small changes, Orlando, The Creative Head wouldn't give up until I was 100% satisfied! He never made me feel like my changes were insignificant and was very prompt in sending me the revised video.

From the video, to the voice-over to the background music, the finished product is as good as anything you might see on TV. They even added effects that I never would have thought of on my own.

The next project that needs a video is the next time I will contact them. I feel very lucky in finding them with no real contacts in the industry and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
