This is my favorite budget airline in Vietnam. The staff are professional and friendly. Passengers who are about to depart but haven't checked in yet are often called by name to avoid missing their flight. My flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Vinh was perfectly on time. Thank you.

Very bad.long waiting time and delay.bad service

A abomination of an airline that makes travel as painful as possible. They never issue a connecting flight boarding pass, treat passengers as cattle and even failed to provide a severe handicapped Parkinson airline passenger wheelchair during transit. Check in process is chaotic, and the aeroplane seating itself is third rate.

Very bad. You should never book this flight. Lot of trap durring booking steps. They will include more fee for you. You need to click to each option to untick the auto fee. Once you booked, cancling ticket will take many money.

Bought return flights to SGN from SYD for March 05 - March 16. Was anxious and skeptical at first due to the cheap pricing of the tickets. Was surprised at how easy and smooth the check in process was. Although SGN didn’t have online check in, checking in at the counter was also easy and smooth. The seats were tight but not that much different from other big airlines. The food was decent. Service was great. All in all, for the price I paid, I would rate this 5 stars.

Long lines to check bags and boarding. The plane is very crowed at all times with seat comfort and space no existent. Treat us like the cattle we are.

The worst ever ever ever experience our family had while travelling through vietjet airline. They have no sense of humor, They do not respect passengers value. My parents had to fly with them and they lost their ×1 checked-in baggage, after complaining and constantly following up, with including consumer protection support we were able to get their luggage after 27 days, which is apparently a whole month. I would strongly disagree to travel through them. This airline will shut down soon. I would never recommend any one to travel from vietjet airline. This was the biggest decision we took to book a flight through vietjet, understandble that they have zero customer service that is why they are cheaper. Cheaper is never qualitative, they are the proof of it.

Ours cary on over 9 kilogram, we had to pay 2 checking luggage 7kg and 2kg each luggage they charged 800.000₫ total 1.6 million đ= $62 dollars, flight vj119 was delay 45 mịn luckily we did not have connection flight

Terrible check-in service. Somehow my full name was missing some words on the ticket and they made pay full price to change the ticket at check-in.
I updated the name during online check-in but that apparently didn’t work. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Stay away or might find unwanted surprises!

Insanely bad experience. Wasted a lot of time (vacation time) and money on waiting for delayed and cancelled flights. I’ll save you the very long story, but I can highly recommend NOT using this company.

Awful customer service, on hold for 2 hours with the worst hold music ever. Avoid at all costs

Had a flight out of Ho Chi min airport and there was a massive line to check in. Good airlines will have someone checking your booking before going in line, sadly Vietjet is not one of those airline. There was also not a single sign on their screens saying if the line was for domestic or international flights. Since the airport has little to no signs as well and is very confusing, you would think Vietjet would make a effort to make it clearer what the line is for but doesnt seem like they care. As a result I missed my flight and I will take my part in that responsibility however I believe with some pretty common sense Vietjet could have easily prevented this but they're are clearly not organized enough as a business to do so.

Very worst experience with Viet jet. The ground staff at ho Chi Minh City airport are unprofessional and purposefully cause inconvenience to passengers. They do not have any sympathy to passengers with children and they are non cooperating with the situation. They are arrogant staff and not listening to passengers.

Awful company - I made the mistake of booking internal Vietnam flights for my holiday. As a result of the Middle East war for inbound flight was cancelled. I tried to cancel my Vietjet flights and this company couldn’t have been more unhelpful. My advice is to avoid using this company and book with Vietnam airlines who at least try to act like a reputable company and not the scammers that are Vietjet.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. From the beginning to the end, everything was chaotic and poorly managed.

First, they did not print our boarding passes for the transfer during our layover. I have never seen this before with any airline. It created unnecessary stress and confusion while changing flights.

On board, the situation was even worse. You cannot buy anything unless you have cash. They do not accept cards. Are we in the 1970s? Even for a simple bottle of water everything must be paid in cash. If you do not have cash, you literally have to sit there thirsty for hours.

There was also only one toilet available for more than 250 passengers, which meant there was constantly a huge queue. On top of that, there were no screens or entertainment at all during the flight.

To make everything worse, the flight was delayed by one hour.

Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding VietJet if you have other options.

Shambolic check in at Brisbane by rude, aggressive staff. We received 3 different seat assignments from pre-booked seats (SkyBoss), to check-in seats, to a further change at the boarding gate. The VietJet staff's attitude: "Take it or leave it". SkyBoss is a rip-off: pay a bit more and choose a 'proper' airline.

Website is a disgrace. Their promotions never work. Prices double/triple throughout the process for no apparent reason. Scammy. Waste of my time.

Worst experience with an airline. No notice of delay in the departure in the airport, apart from the fact that it has already been rescheduled days prior so thats 2 changes in schedule in just a span of few days. Plus they said they have the policy of having only 7kgs hand carry for each passenger which is inconsistent since they dont check EVERYONE and just pick passengers in Random. PLUS they just gave me an amount to pay without proper info about the rate per kilo overweight. They also include your purchases in the airport and even food in the counting so practically you should not be shopping around so you wont go overweight. Plus the ground personnel are ALL so RUDE. Like in my flight 25-50% of passengers are mad at them. Worst experience for a tourist to experience. This is from Ho Chi Minh. Delayed flights, Inconsistent baggage policies and VERY RUDE ground personnel are certainly MORE THAN ENOUGH reason to NEVER BOOK with this airline again.
