Simple to order, straight forward to set up and seems to have lots of capability. Cost is reasonable start and ongoing costs also very competitive.

I never normally write reviews even though I often read them. However I will make an exception in the case of VigiTech because they really are a different league.

I run a fleet of vans and have used several different telematics companies in the past, all of whom charged significantly more per month for the kit and the data. VigiTech provide a fully featured choice of hardware at rock bottom prices and data plans the cheapest I've found anywhere.

I would expect customer service to take a hit at prices this low - but to my surprise their customer service is second to none. Calls and emails are answered swiftly and all issues always resolved without question.

I am not easily impressed but these guys really are the best. If you are considering getting some asset trackers for your vehicles do not look anywhere else.

A simple plug in that's easy to use it tells you everything at the tap of a button. Amazing.

It's a good bit of kit and fitting is a breeze. It seems to perform fairly well (even underneath a steel bonnet/hood), but if you can, try to position it under the plastic parts so it can talk more effectively with the satellites. I have done this and it avoids "dead spots". To this end also, the wiring could do with being a little bit longer. I've experienced a few issues with the app (the visual pointer sometime runs off the map and getting lost and if you don't notice this immediately then you can have difficulty in locating the vehicle) and I'm currently working with them to tweak the app. It would be be better if the car indicator stayed still in the centre of the map and the map moved about under it, then you would never lose it (like it does on my other tracker). This might be my Android version (13) but it might also be a software issue. We will see what happens.

Good little tracker FMC880, great value from VigiTech, simple interface to track and monitor system operation, set Geo Fence and so on.
