Excellent in every way.
Postage was quick, installation was easy and completed in just five minutes. Had to call for advice a couple of times, password issues (my fault) and advice on how to customise map. Each time response was quick and queries were resolved promptly. The unit works perfectly and has loads of options for detailed reports. I would highly recommend this product and the service that is provided.

The device does exactly what I wanted it to do. I've attached it to the battery of my Dad's mobility scooter and I now know exactly where he is in town. The team at the end if the phone where very helpful but I found that I needed a computer to set everything up, I just couldn't manage it on a mobile phone... Other than this minor issue, excellent!...

App takes a little getting your head round. And you can’t actually track the car live. It kind of up dates and zooms down the map. Not that you really need too. Still definitely 5 stars great product and for the money can’t go wrong.
