A bit problematic
Delivery was slightly problematic, as the email confirmed it would be on Tuesday 17th. We waited at home most of the day until receiving another mail saying the wine was only sent on that day, with no indication as to when it would arrive. Eventually it came on Thursday....
The Scotto Family Wines Cabernet I ordered was from 2006, but what we received from 2009 and a very average, anonymous "Californian"wine, rather from Lodi as expected. Not good for the price - something like this can be bought in the supermarket rather than ordered through a specialist dealer.
Torbreck GSM however, excellent quality and value!

Great wines, excellent service!
Vildmedvin have the exclusivity on very good wines. One of the wines I ordered was not available, and they contacted me to say that my invoice would be lower because of that. When I asked them to put a bottle that would be similar to the rest of my order instead, they selected a very good wine that was 20% more expensive than what I paid for. I thought it was very good customer service.

The system worked.
The service was efficient and satisfactory however, I ordered two bottles of a special ginger wine with very colourful labels. One of the labels was totally wrinkeled and looks bad in the drinks cabinet.
The ginger wine is OK and the outer packaging is 100% OK i.e. not damaged, so the person putting these bottles into the box has seen it and just let it be sent out to me with the labels which is important for appearance/saleability. I am not complaining, please understand that trust pilot contacted me so I will advise that your quality control before sending from your store is not great but it can improve with simple visual inspection / awareness. It is disappointing but your delivery was fast.
