Avoid the flocked swimwear, flock disappears/fades after about 12 wears. Apart from this quality good, have several Pairs and none flicked are good.

Paid 250£ for a swim short that barely last 8 times using in the pool and followed the washing instructions as the material started to get worn out and small holes started to appear on the textile And I tried to get in contact with vilebrequin customer service and explained it to them but they blamed me of doing that myself and didn’t do an exchange or give me a refund.
Very disappointing.
I don’t recommend genuinely buying from this brand. Not worth the money.

Their accessories rust and disintegrate with salt water.... and customer service will only consider replacing them if you managed to keep the purchase ticket!!! As if anyone would for a swimsuit or a pouch. This is just bad service, bad quality, at overinflated prices.

Being interviewed by this brand was a horrible experience.
I went to the Sloane Square store and the manager was unprofessional and asked me personal questions.
The other manager in the room gave dirty looks and made a phone call mid interview.
I was disappointed by this behaviour I feel sad for their current staff.
Premium priced product but poor…
Premium priced product but poor quality, looks great when it arrives but colours fade really quickly. Ended up with drab grey swim shorts. Used them around the house but After 6 months they ripped and fell apart.

Worst customer service ever - no email or text confirmation of order is sent which means the only way to access your order is to create an account and then go full on detective mode. Embarrassing that they can't even do this rudimentary bit of customer service considering how much their products cost.

Very poor sizing , I bought 2 pairs for my grandsons my eldest grandson is a very short 13 year old, we bought him a size 14 years but they are quite small , children's stop at age 14 with this company so that means I would have to buy size extra small mens which would be €220 double the childrens price for a just turned 13 year old .This is such a ripoff for what is already an expensive purchas

They told me there's nothing they can do. They won't give me my money back or a voucher for another one.
On top of that, they imply that it's my fault. I have three more and none of them have faded.

Disgusting customer service. I was just (3 days) outside the returns policy on a pair of shorts that I had purchased in advance for my son’s birthday. They would not even exchange for a different item!
Call themselves a high quality brand and charge accordingly yet treat their customers appallingly! My husband has 5 pairs of shorts and will never now purchase another pair!!

I bought some trunks at the store in Burlington Arcade London. A week later I went on holiday and they were too big. The trunks were unused, still had the shop labels on and even (somehow) still had the shop security tag.
As I do not live in London it took a couple of weeks after returning to take them back to the shop. As a result I was just outside the 30 day return policy and the shop assistant refused to exchange. Even though the trunks could be seen to be totally unused.
I contacted Vilebrequin customer service who said they would look into it. 2 weeks later they sent me an email to say they closed the case!! Just that!! And did not reply when I sent them the proof of purchase and asked what on earth was going on.
This is a once great company that now does not care for its customers.

Very bad quality. Colors fade fast and yellow dirt appears on the white color after swimming. Very bad tissue quality that become loose.
Very bad client relationship with the manager in lebanon who said it’s the fault of our helpers who are washing it. But i don’t understand why the same helpers who are washing my kids and my other burberry swimsuits didn’t damage them too ??!!! If there’s a zero star , will put to villebrequin 0 star definitely . Same for the hats’ colors that faded fast too. Don’t waist your money on this brand !!

After just four uses in the pool, the color faded, and the material looked as if it had been used for many years. I have never encountered such poor quality before.
This is the first time I've had such a terrible experience, costing me over $1,150. The products quality is extremely poor, and the lack of customer service has made this the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

When ordering at no point does it tell you that your order will take 6 to 11 days to get from Belgium to the UK. They are great at posting it out after the event, I would not order for a holiday knowing that they take a ridiculous time to get that order to you. It Belgium to the UK. I'd have it quicker from China or maybe that is where it is coming from? I'll send back and not order from them again. Absolute garbage and misleading order process.

These folks need to work on their web site. First, if you are not very careful, you could end up on their European web site and while it will let you place an order, you will get an email canceling it. I got to the US web site but at checkout, it would not take my Amex even though everyone else in the world does. So, I tried my Master Card with the same result. I contacted customer service and they told me to contact my issuing banks. Really? It brought to mind the old saying that the French are always there when they need us….”
After buying for 10 years, never ever again
I purchased a pair of shorts for my husband as a Christmas gift. We were going on a dreamy holiday in Thailand - a perfect backdrop for pampering and fantastic experiences. During the holiday we noticed the shorts showed clear signs of discolouration, only after a few days of wear. I submitted a report to your Customer Support team upon my return, with included photos and descriptions. After an initial response it took them 11 days to tell me to return the shorts to a store for inspection. I did as asked and they promised to call me the next day. Upon keeping the shorts for a number of weeks I had to contact them to chase them for a resolution. I have been completely stonewalled, they are refusing to refund or exchange (either is fine for me, as I said, I am a fan and have dresses and my husband has other shorts etc) and want me to just shut up. They have made up an excuse that I must have used some sun screen, which is untrue. Furthermore for a product which is supposed to be used in conditions of sun, sea, and such conditions, blaming discolouration on a sun screen is ludicrous. But that’s a different topic. It is clearly a defective pair and it is now discontinued from production. It is a borderline scam. Finally upon chasing yet again, I got an answer with an excuse I gave them a wrong number. But.. they contacted me on WhatsApp! I finally have the shorts with me again. But no resolution to the issue. No apology. No refund. No exchange. Never ever ever again buying from these scammers.

Worst customer service ever. Apparently even though they charge hundreds of dollars for swimsuits, they don't even include a $1.00 travel bag any longer. When contacted they absolutely refused to send one as I hadn't spent $500. What pathetic customer service. Will never buy another thing from them out of principle.

I contacted the Company and they said I must have snagged them on something;which was wrong.They refused to provide a partial credit or to repair without cost. I wouldn’t care but I paid about $300. Cdn for something that usually costs less than $50. So poor quality and poor service results in a 2 rating.
