Just bought a wringing mop bucket, it tipped over three times, so in my opinion it is not fit for purpose, it is obvious from the shape of the bucket that it is top heavy and it is not stable. Very disappointed.

Bought the vileda magic mop flat head used once and the sponge has came away from the plastic . These are not made for using hot water as this is why the sponge came of the plastic total waste of money never buy vileda product again .

What an appalling company terrible customer service and rubbish product I will never ever by from this company ever again.

Does German design and quality even exist anymore? I purchased the Vileda Sun-Rise rotary drier which is not cheap and is positioned as a premium product.

The product is heavily promoted online, and although very innovative and visually appealing, it is let down by poor quality and design.

I'm becoming increasingly fed up of paying for premium products which aren't up to standard then wasting my time trying to fix the issue myself. There's also the hassle of undoing installation and returns!

There is play (movement) within the socket insert which translates to a wobbly drier, this is made even worse by additional play in the aluminium pole where only one screw secures them together.

Additionally, the cord mechanism for opening is very stiff - I'm a strong guy and struggle to pull it open without lifting it out the socket.

Who designed and tested this product? Most likely outsourced to China. Companies really need to get their act together as consumers are now wise and don't forget so easily.

Bought the Circular mop & bucket.
Not usable. The spin handle has stuck low down on the handle, and the circular pad will not stay attached to mop base. On purchased a few wks ago- useless!

The spin mop and bucket doesn't dry the floor don't buy one just use your own mop and bucket waste of money not impressed at all

I purchased my vileda steam mop on 19th April 2020 ie less than 3 years ago. I hardly used it in my older house but moved to a flat in January where there are no carpets. After a while steam would not come out so as suggested in instructions I added vinegar to the water to decalcify the machine. It worked for a short while and then the steam stopped. I just tried to switch it on and there is no electricity going through. I am not a happy bunny, the apparatus will be going to the recycling site!

Have used Vileda Magic Mops for many years, but the last three Magic Mop sponge heads have come out of their grip holder within a couple of uses, making them unusable.
Have they changed the specification?
Now changing to a different brand.

After reading a few bad reviews I decided to still try the new Vileda spin mop and I have to say I’m impressed, the problems people have encountered with the mop being to wet is easily rectified by allowing it to carry on spinning before putting on the floor , I prefer it to the pedal version

Vileda spin mop is a waste of time and money in my opinion; it doesn’t clean up marks, often the head scratches the floor and every time I use it, my sciatic nerve becomes aggravated (and I mean every time) - I’m sadly going to have to part with more hard earned cash to buy a replacement mop and bucket

Very poor product does not describe how useless this mop and bucket is. I used the mop and bucket at my son's home. The bucket spin mechanism does not remove the excess water, so the floor gets soaked. Why change the design of a traditional mop and bucket. This product should be taken off the market and all customers refunded. Do not buy this product.

I am so fed up with products that dont work and i have to spend time fixing them or send them back...... its a mop and bucket why wont the handle just extend?????nope i have to watch a video and guess what? it still wont work !!!! poor product and very annoying !!!

The quality seems to take a backseat to the product design (which is admittedly good).

I wanted to buy a high quality clothes airer so I chose the Vileda mixer 3 tower airer and I bought it direct from their website. The item that arrived is of a very low quality and one of the wheel parts immediately broke the first time I used it. I have been offered a replacement but I know it will be of an equally poor quality. My last clothes airer lasted over 20 years. This one is absolute rubbish and lasted one day. I do not recommend this brand.

Vileda turbo spin mop & bucket set.
Good idea but badly designed.
Mop base keeps coming off at the frame.
When you mop unless you put direct vertical pressure on the mop at times the plastic edges of the base frame scrapes against the floor.
Bucket well made and spinner works well.
I will go back to a traditional mop :)

Firstly the customer service person has hung up on me twice whilst I was trying to explain my problem. I was not rude and I didn't raise my voice. Even though it states clearly on the website my postcode should be free delivery the company wants to charge £10 because I live in Scotland and they just haven't updated the website according to the person I spoke to.

I was about to purchase and register on their website but the only options for title were Mr or Mrs so consider this your divorce. Then checked trustpilot and the reviews speak for themselves on the quality of the product.

After a year the pedal breaks leaving the mop useless.
Vileda don’t care about this obvious design fault at all they say it is past the warranty date very convenient for them. At 32 pounds plus it is far too expensive to keep buying every year. I’ve had 2 from Amazon I will not be buying a third..

I needed to replace an end cap for my 14 year old rotary washing line which accidently got broken and may i say that the actual line never failed in all this time. I contacted Vileda customer services who in turn dispatched me the part FOC. Great product, Great customer service.
