I recently had new blinds fitted (30th October) by my local business they were very professional and friendly and met all my requirements. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and everyone. Thank you I love my new blinds.

I got new plantation blinds fitted to the front of the house by Village Blinds. It is a three story house. We decided to get half the windows done rather than full windows. Nic was the guy who fitted the blinds. Very friendly,professional, tidy. Nic cleaned up after finishing each room. We were told that the guy would be with us between 9am and 2pm. He was very prompt and arrived at 8.45am. Very very pleased with the blinds well worth the price. If I decide to get any more blinds I will definitely use this company. Thank you Nic again for doing such a brilliant job. You are amazing.

This company is excellent. The service we received from start to finish was outstanding. Making a visit appointment was simple, the visit was promptly arranged and timely, and every member of staff we dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable. Mark did an excellent job of talking through all options and helping us with choices, and Lindsay did an excellent mob fitting the blinds and explaining all the issues. We had a range of blinds fitted, Including roller blinds, vertical slat blinds, and motorised blinds. The prices are competitive and we are delighted with the results. A very pleasant experience all-in-all.

Shocking experience with this company. My 92 year old father ordered a headrail to be fitted on 21st September and was told 5-10 days. They never showed, so he cancelled but fitter turned up today (18 October) to fit. When I got there the invoice said £50.72 but was asked for £100 which had been hand written at the bottom. I queried this under the sale of goods act and was told by the owner of the firm, quite aggressively, they would just take it down. They did and put back up the original but had broken 2 holders. The cord they were installing was also of the type banned 10 years ago, which I pointed out, but was told it was not illegal as there are exemptions. Glad I got it taken down. Shocking way to treat an elderly man.

Andy was really helpful and made some excellent suggestions around the best designs for our bay window. Really delighted with our new blinds. Exceptional service.

When they came to install the blinds we have no idea of the issues we would encounter.

On the Friday as arranged , two men came in and duly started to install the blinds - next thing we knew they were speaking to their boss on the mobile.

Seems there was a disagreement - the blinds didnt have all the fixtures in them when they left the factory.

So the two men had to try and install the fixtures on site, after completing one blind they advised the could not continue as they had damaged the
one blind they had installed.

Next thing we knew they were off, no goodbye or explanation of what happens next.

We phoned the Office to advise what had happened, we were asked to send pictures of the damaged blind. No word of an apology - just that they would be back on Monday to resolve the matter.

Two different men came on the Monday and installed all the blinds with the fixtures fitted in the factory.

They didnt bring the replacement blind and we were told someone would be along on the Tuesday (5PM to 7PM). No one showed up on Tues so I had to phone again on the Wednesday where i was told i would have to wait until Friday/Saturday at the earliest.

I wasnt happy with that so asked that someone be sent as soon as possible given the issues we had faced in addition one of the newly fitted blinds had a bevel in it.

Another person came on Thursday evening and replaced the last blind and resolved the issue with the other blind.

Finally we had the blinds properly installed.

I assumed that someone would contact us to ask for feedback/offer some apologies but no the company just wanted their money.

The installation and communication were terrible. If we hadnt chased the company im not convinced we would have had it completed anytime soon.

Overall I would say that the blinds are of a good quality (they are expensive though) but the experience of them being fitted means i cannot recommend them.
