The receptionists are very rude and…
The receptionists are very rude and when you call to make a complaint or let them know of an issue they don’t seem to care and like to end the call before you finish talking. I’ve been having problems with hot water and heating for a month and every time someone came out they didn’t know what they were doing and just made it worse. But Thank god today Iulian.T came and done an amazing job fixed everything one go that the others couldn’t. Thank you to him 🙏🏽
