Great experience. They helped us on the first purchase which fail through and did not charge us. We used them again on the second home purchase which worked out. They were very attentive and responsive and made the process quite smooth.

Super advice and very detailed investigation and advice, helped us on a number of house purchases before we finally completed a purchase.

They didn't think of the legal / financial implications of the agreement we entered into with the owner for the flat / apartment that we purchased. After that we had to incur additional costs outside of what we originally budgeted. They took some ownership of the cost (hence not a 1-star review) but "our lawyer" has now passed on our case to his colleague. Despite being his customer, he no longer wants to help us when his colleague is out of the office.
