Unrelevant information, but correct service
Unfortunately I have to confirm the other reviews of getting only generic data that can be found elsewhere online for free.
ALTHOUGH: After contacting them for getting a useless report, they instantly refunded me without any trouble. At least at this point the merchant is trustful.
Paid for a report and got generic…
Paid for a report and got generic specs, no service history. Asked for a refund and got a generic reply. I’m my opinion, this is a scam. Don’t give them your money!
I would give them 0 but I don’t have an…
I would give them 0 but I don’t have an option. I recently called for a refund they didn’t have any report on my car last 2 years I went to carfax it was even last month that I changed my oil and inspected the car. These are scam they look cheap because they don’t offer anything at all. If you read this message you are safe. Thank you. I would sue them for not refunding the money but they have under their policy that they don’t give a “tish” ⬅️ (the other way read that word)
Report was erroneous
Report was erroneous. Didn’t even list the correct motor in the vehicle. Asked for refund and they refused. They claim their information isn’t guaranteed accurate. Scam
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. The information given in the report is the information you already have. They also state that they offer a full money back guarantee if you aren’t 100% satisfied. When you contact them to request the refund they just send the same canned email/letter from Ahmed P. (Supposedly a Customer Support Representative) explaining how to access your report that you’ve already seen. They send the same email over and over again every time you contact them. They won’t respond to refund requests. Horrible fraudulent company. Please don’t use this company. I wish I had seen these reviews sooner.
Scam, misleading advertisement
Scam, charges $15 for VIN information that can be obtained for free. States: “owner history” and “title events) may be included in report : they are ABSOLUTELY NOT INCLUDED. It states the original dealership and sell dates. Their site is purposefully designed to fool and mislead you into believing they will have i formation you can only obtain by paying.
It is amazing best tool!
Beware, rip off!
I purchased the 3 vehicle look up package. What a joke! There was zero information for any category. Zero! I had just recently transferred title of all 3 vehicles, and there was no information about ownership, at anytime during the history of the vehicle. No specs, no market price, no lien sale information, I had just purchased a stolen motorcycle, that had been likened by the tow company. No towing records, no theft records, no lien sale records, nothing at all! Do not use this vin look up.
Inaccurate Report Data - Accident
Ran and paid for the report and it showed that there were no accidents. For giggles, I also ran a Carfax report and it showed that the car was indeed involved in an accident. As always, you get what you pay for... buyer beware.
It's fake reports
It's fake reports
I paid for a vin check, they showed no accidents, fortunately I checked Saskatchewan vin check and it shows twice Total lost in collision. Please don't waste your money.

And ive done a massive amount of reserch on this car, its stupid rare! 100k easy. and i knew everything about this car before i ever used this site. This site not only was 100% accurate in my cars info, it was very cheep for the info provided. if you are whining about your junk 15k car then stop your Female dog-ing untell a 100k car is in your driveway!
Scam, don't waste your money
I did purchase the 3 report package and ran a report for my own car (as I was looking for annual registration mileage). This information is public and readily available for vendors to look up and report on but the VINcheckup had none of this information. When I emailed to complain about this I was given the runaround and they pretty much stated that they guarantee no accuracy and or completeness of their information. The response I received was as follows:I ended up purchasing a Carfax report which obviously has the information I was looking for..
