Im having to rewrite this review as my other 2 have mysteriously disappeared ,after using this clinic my grafts have mostly fell out ,it is as thin if not thinner than before I had it done ,all my complaints have fell on deaf ears ,they tried to get my review banned but trustpilot looked at the evidence and put it back but they've gone again ,please dont use this company ,your hair will look reasonable to start with but it will start falling ,all my hair thats falling are grafts placed by vinci,they kept gasligting me when i 1st started complaining and saying it looks ok when a blind man could see it wasnt ,I wish I could show photos on here ,they will take your money and over time your hair will fall ,go to a reputable company and do your homework ,they will say they have no record of me just to get out of it, but I have all the paperwork and receipt ,its left me very depressed and severely let down ,the guys you talk to are just salesmen , do not use vinci uk if you want a good result ,I also had a very bad reaction to the adrenaline they used in the local aneasthetic and felt like I was having a stroke and couldn't talk ,or find the words and couldn't stop shaking ,they'd used too much ,when I said I wasnt comfortable to carry on they said I wont get my money back and were totally unsympathetic, so I continued please,please please use another company, it was done on 23.08.2024 trustpilot dont go back that far,I put 2 other reviews that were okd by trustpilot but they've disappeared

I have been regularly coming to this clinic for the past 3 years. I’d recommend to anyone who wants a prp session in a very professional manner with nice friendly staff Claudia.

Service with Talia was amazing, always so friendly during my sessions. I had my consultants with Andrew who was always very helpful and friendly too. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Great client service

Left with a patchy donor area , scarring and skin damage . None of the risks were explained in the consult which was done by a non surgeon most of the work was carried out by techs as well. My hairs now in a much much worse place than before and it essentially takes every last bit of confidence away from you as a man. Anyone thinking of this know the risks and if they aren't explained run.

From the start to end, Vinci were exceptional with their service. Sean was upfront and honest from the outset and there were no surprises when I went in for the op. The staff at the clinic were exceptional. Everything they said -happened, and that's all you can ask for. Their approach blew any nerves away and I always felt that I was in good hands. The whole process of the hair transplant went smoothly and was very pleased with the results, since then I’ve been having monthly PRP sessions with Claudia, she’s very nice & professional.

Had been questioning getting a hair transplant for many years, and after my widows peak began to edge further back as well as some severe thinning on the top appeared I decided it was time.

I met with Shane for a consultation in Newcastle and he took me through all the steps for the procedure. He was excellent throughout. And even managed to get me a date for the procedure earlier than I imagined.

As for the procedure the Manchester clinic was undergoing renovation, despite being in a temporary clinic at the time the service could not have been better.

The staff were extremely helpful and kept me at ease throughout. Explaining everything and matching my expectations.

I won’t lie the procedure was painful at times. But that was expected! I required just over 3500 grafts for context. The extraction which was the shortest persist of the procedure was the most uncomfortable but the insertion was a doddle.

Recovery was well documented also and really helped!

6 months later and I have a natural looking hairline, as well as a full and thick head of hair.

I did not go for any of the extras as part of this and honestly I couldn’t be happier because the procedure alone was enough for myself! My confidence is now so much better!!

Vinci really are one of the top places to get this procedure done in the county. Forget Turkey and the cheap alternatives!!!

Had a great experience with Vinci. I had my op at the end of Jan and it’s now Aug and my hair line is looking great. It’s fully grown in you can’t tell I’ve had a transplant. Highly recommend Vinci to anyone who’s been thinking about getting the treatment and holding back

My treatment was done by Dr Jen, and Alex was my client consultant. Both were great.

This is my second hair transplant with Vinci Hair Clinic, and once again, they have completely exceeded my expectations. My first procedure was back in the summer of 2017 in Malaga to restore the front part of my hairline. Nearly ten years on, when I needed to address the density at my crown, Vinci was the only clinic I trusted for the job.

​From the start, my experience with Sean during the consultation was fantastic. He was completely open, honest, and realistic about what procedure, coverage, and density would work best for my goals. That level of transparency gave me absolute confidence, and I booked my surgery for July 27th.

​I am writing this two weeks post-op, and I am wholeheartedly thrilled with the surgery and the care I received throughout the entire process. I went in expecting modest coverage, but the surgeons managed to far exceed what I thought was possible. They meticulously worked across every area that needed attention, paying special care to my crown, which had noticeably thinned, but also the middle part of my head, as well as adding some grafts the front, which is to add more density to what was already there.

​I’ve been taking daily photos since the procedure, and I am genuinely fascinated by the coverage they achieved compared to what I had initially pictured. Outstanding expertise, honest communication, and top-tier care from start to finish. I can’t recommend Vinci Hair Clinic enough!

Disappointing experience overall. I felt there was too much focus on selling the procedure rather than properly explaining what results I could realistically expect. I would strongly recommend speaking directly with the surgeon beforehand and being very clear about the number of grafts required. Do your own research and get a second opinion before committing, as I personally didn’t feel I got the value or outcome I was expecting.

It’s not often I feel compelled to write a review, but in this case, the service and care I have received from Vinci Hair Clinic so far has been truly exceptional.

Having a hair transplant wasn’t something I had ever seriously considered until relatively recently. After visiting the States, where I was bombarded with countless aggressive commercials claiming, “You don’t have to look like your dad!”, and hearing about a few people who had experienced successful outcomes, I decided to do some research of my own.

I eventually decided to explore Vinci Hair Clinic, as they seemed to have built a strong reputation. My first point of contact was with my consultant in Belfast, Mel. I was extremely nervous going into the consultation, as this was completely outside my comfort zone. However, after spending a good hour chatting with Mel, completely free of charge, I came away feeling much more informed, reassured and at ease about what I might be embarking on.

The next step was making the decision and paying my deposit.

As the surgery date approached, I received a phone call from Vinci about a week beforehand to confirm my appointment and go through what I should and shouldn’t be doing in the run-up to the procedure. A few days before the big day, I also received a call from my surgeon, Dr Amoha, who provided further information about what to expect and how best to prepare.

On the day itself, I actually felt pretty good, and I think that was largely down to Dr Amoha’s wonderfully calm and reassuring approach. She explained everything so clearly, using analogies that really helped me understand what was happening. I felt that she genuinely took a great deal of care and pride in her work, which gave me a lot of confidence.

I experienced a little discomfort from the anaesthetic and some temporary coldness, but other than that, I had no real pain or discomfort throughout the entire procedure.

After the rather tricky journey back to Belfast, Dr Amoha followed up with a phone call to check how I was doing, which was another lovely touch and showed that the care didn’t simply end when I left the clinic.

After 7 or 8 days of following the post-procedure instructions, I then received a call from Neil, one of Vinci’s senior consultants. We had a great video chat, during which he gave me some excellent advice regarding scab removal, as well as discussing some further options that could help support my new “hair plan”.

Once again, it felt like another member of the team genuinely taking an interest in my welfare and helping to keep the whole experience positive.

I’m giving Vinci Hair Clinic 5 stars because, quite simply, that’s exactly the level of care I have received throughout my experience so far. From Mel, to Dr Amoha, to Neil and the wider team, I’ve consistently felt supported, informed and genuinely cared for.

I’m obviously still on the journey and waiting to see the final results, but based on the care and attention I’ve received up to this point, I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Vinci immediately distinguished itself from other clinics through its professionalism, responsiveness, and transparent pricing. My experience was managed by Neil McAleese, whose deep expertise and clear communication put me at ease. He took the time to explain every step, eliminating any anxiety I had about the procedure. His support continued throughout the aftercare process, where he remained thorough and patient in addressing all my questions.

I am incredibly pleased with my FUE hair transplant experience for both occasions from front hair line then the crown. The entire team was exceptionally friendly and professional. Dr. Amoha took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly at the start. As a returning patient who previously had the front addressed, I chose to come back for the crown, and Dr. Amoha did an excellent job harvesting enough grafts to cover both the crown and other necessary areas perfectly, she located and inserted the holes for the implanted grafts and also carried out a PRP treatment on the day. I also want to highlight the care provided by Muhammad Ali, who ensured I was comfortable throughout the surgery by providing refreshments and setting up Netflix so I could enjoy a film. He was meticulous in placing the grafts and ensuring complete coverage with the team ladies that were also very sweet.

My experience with Vinci is very much person led. If you get the right people in front of you then the experience is very positive. I would urge anyone considering a hair transplant to have a consultation with the surgeon who will perform the procedure (this isn’t a given unless you insist/request) so they can give you their honest appraisal. Try to be specific with the amount of grafts you want (I learnt the hard way with this) and I would recommend a minimum of 2500 grafts or you’re wasting your money and time. Do some research and try to be informed as possible as Vinci aren’t miracle workers and hair loss can be a very emotive subject for some. That way you don’t feel let down and you understand what you are getting. I hope this helps.

Pre procedure :
was very good, Sean co ordinated the whole thing very well, always replied to messages and called back when I asked. Nice chap,he enjoys his job even on the day of his holiday he replied to my texts and questions back. I hoped to meet him in person also.I can say we became friends more than clinet.. .bless him, he helped me to build up trust to the company a lot.
Price very competitive and reasonable, no complaints
The day of procedure was also very good, Dr Jen was a nice lady, and her team(Santos,Sanam,Nasreen,Sanaz) were also professional, and they went above my expectations of what I expected that day. They reassured me mentally very friendly ,The clinic itself is very nice and good welcoming at the reciptions.even she asked what I would like for lunch....
I was just worried about the staffs that why they dont cover thier shoes so asked for the manager,in a seconds Mrs ,Clara came to the room and asured me about the hygiene.....ecplained to me what I needed to hear.
I started at 8:30 am and finished at 4:30 pm.

Post procedure :
Vinci Medicare the day after rang me to check on me and asked some questions to see how I am and Sean have stayed in contact too ,so far so good,I will update this review or add more after 10 weeks ,Im sure they are and they will handle if anything goes wrong.
now its the second day.
