I was unsure about whether to get a transplant, but firstly Neil was very patient and answered all of my ( many ) questions whilst I made up my mind ! Once I’d committed I was so impressed with the organisation etc . I chose to have my procedure done I Malaga - what a fabulous team - whether it be Lisa calling me the week before with any last minute questions or the very professional Dr Susanne who really looked after me - the team ensure the procedure is totally pain free - I expected worse but was really pleasantly surprised — now I just have to wait and see the results !!

It's been ten months since my hair transplant, and I am extremely happy with my hair. I have to say, I was a bit worried during the surgery and during the few months after. While in the end, Vinci Hair Clinic did give me my hair back, they need to work on some things, like customer service. Also, I have to give credit to taking Dutasteride and Minoxidil from Manual, as this made a huge contribution to my growth. So yeah, after surgery, you have to deal with the temporary issues, like hair not growing evenly, and your scalp still being numb in some places. But my god, my hair started growing so much, getting darker, and way earlier than the expected time. At my six-month follow-up, the Dr was very surprised by how much it had grown, to look full, and he said it should be thirty percent.
About twelve days after my surgery, I decided to email Vinvi Hair Clinic with feedback. For some reason, they told me to email the sales guy, Axel, for anything, which I thought was weird, since I should be emailing like a customer service representative. So I did, and this is what I said, but I never received a response.
I want to provide feedback on the surgery I had 12 days ago. I find it odd that I have yet to be asked by anyone from Vinci how I thought the surgery and experience went. I did receive an email last Thursday about a 7-day follow-up call with you, but it was canceled. I was also never told about a 7-day follow-up initially, only a 6-month follow-up. Overall, the surgery and experience were good, but I had some concerns. I was not nervous at all, and I did not feel any pain. I'm feeling more pain in the back of my head after the surgery, and still to this day. Before, during, and after the surgery, I felt there was this weird awkwardness at the clinic with the staff. Before my surgery, I brought up one of my concerns, which I also read about in a review someone left. Which was what work the doctor would be doing compared to the assistants. You told me over the phone that the doctor would be there the whole time. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The doctor only drew the lines on my head, injected the anesthesia, and then made the cuts where the hair grafts would be inserted. One of the assistants performed the FUE, making incisions to extract the grafts and then removing them. Later, four assistants placed the grafts into the incisions made on my head. According to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), which supports the British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery (BAHRS), only the doctor should make incisions and place the grafts. So yeah, this was concerning and against policy. The doctor was not always in the surgery room; he would only pop in once in a while and only when he actually to work. Before the grafts were removed, the process was not explained, so I was very confused about what the assistant was doing with a drill when she started. After all the grafts were removed and I was able to get up, I asked the doctor how many had been removed, and he said, "Enough to do the job." This was not what I wanted to hear, and in my opinion, it was very unprofessional. It still makes me think they did not remove the number of grafts I paid for. I still don't know how many grafts they did. In the end, I heard the doctor telling one of the assistants that their count was short. Can you find out how many grafts were done for me and let me know? There were four assistants, all very young and Indian. They were not very professional, and they need to work on their manners. They did not make me feel comfortable. They would move my head without warning, and in a not nice way. They would tell me to move up or get out of the chair, instead of asking me nicely. Sometimes they would all talk in their native language, which I found rude. I am the customer, and I only speak English, so they should only speak English around me. How do I know they were not talking about me? Lastly, at the end, the doctor went over the post-op instructions with me again, and again he suggested I take Minoxidil (in pill form) and Finasteride. I didn't know at the time, but both require a doctor's prescription. But why didn't the doctor provide me with a prescription? He was able to prescribe me Penicillin. Two days later, I emailed the Vinci health check people and asked them for a prescription, but they told me the doctor was not allowed to prescribe. Makes no sense to me. Now, I have to go out of my way to see a GP just to get a hair-growth prescription. Twelve days later, my scabbing and dead skin are slowly coming out. I ran out of the oil provided to me; the bottle wasn't full, and the back of my head still hurts.

The whole idea of finally getting a transplant was incredibly daunting. I was lucky enough to get put in contact with Anthony, who’s an absolute gentleman! Ant spoke from experience and gave me genuine honest advice about the procedure and what to expect. The whole team at Vinci that looked after me are brilliant but a special thanks to Anthony, nothing is too much. A real asset to Vinci.

I would give no stars if possible.
I have had two prosecutes with this company and have been left worse than before.
This has been an ongoing battle as I’ve followed all the aftercare and since then have went to other company’s, trichologists and medicals and have all came back with poor quality of service from this company! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’ve been left with such low confidence and self worth due to this company and there response was nothing short of “deal with it, not our problem” go elsewhere! Do your research and I beg don’t use this company, it’s not worth it and go somewhere that know what they are talking about and won’t robe you!

Deagan has been very helpful and friendly, and always clearly explains the treatments available and what best suits my needs. He is also very happy to have follow-up consultations etc, and is very supportive and attentive throughout the full process. Thanks!

It's been something that I've wanted for a long time and I even had it booked in somewhere else. Something about my current plans didn't fill me with confidence and I reached out to Vinci Hair. This is when I met Neil who has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. As Neil had been through the process, he was able to talk from experience. Neil really cared about my journey, he wanted to ensure that I had all the information I needed, that I was doing it for the right reasons and that I was as best prepared for the process as possible (Not just a sales tactic that I'd experienced before). He arranged all the consultations with the team in Harley Street, including pre assessments, visits and tests needed beforehand from the medical team, in the days/weeks leading up to the procedure.
On the day of the procedure, we arrived early, completed the forms and requests for lunch (very good), had the consultation with the surgeon in regards to outcomes Vs expectations, then proceeded to check everything was okay prior to starting. (BP and pain meds!) The team worked effortlessly around me for the day, whether taking donor hair to transplanting it, they were professional and did their best to keep me hydrated and as comfortable as I could be. Nothing was too much so even if I needed a minute for something or another, to ask a question or just have a breather, they were brilliant. They made sure to keep me updated throughout the day with the process and timings.
Even the few days/week following the procedure, I had follow up calls with both the surgeon and Neil, who wanted to touch base and answer any outstanding questions I had regarding recovery.
Overall, I cannot recommend Vinci Hair enough for the care and compassion they have shown throughout my treatment. To the kind receptionist welcoming me at the clinic, to the surgical team, the medical team, the progression photos lady and all the staff in between, it was incredible and I can't wait to see the results over the next 6-12 months.

I would like to sincerely thank Antony for his excellent support. From the beginning, he arranged my appointment quickly and professionally.
He explained everything in detail before the hair transplant surgery, answered all my questions, and made me feel calm and confident about the whole process.
Very friendly, clear, and professional.
I highly recommend him.

From start to finish, Vinci took care of me from the moment I had my first consultation, to the moment I had my transplant, and even after it. I am 7 days post transplant and everything has gone absolutely perfect. Thanks to the consultant Neil, who took care of any questions I had. Since he had the procedure himself, There’s no better person to ask for advice.
The Experience was not painful, the medical team done such a good job at making me feel calm and relaxed on the day. If I ever decide to get another one down the line as I am still only 24, I wouldn’t go to anyone else other than DR. Rossler. I cannot fault her professionalism and how friendly she was towards me during my experience.
A Massive thank you to Vinci, Neil and the whole medical team at Malaga.

I would recommend Vinci hair 100%, the service I’ve received from my first contact with Neil, the care I received from Dr Rossler and her team in Malaga and the aftercare has been brilliant.
Neil is so helpful with his vast knowledge of the procedure and aftercare, as he has had the procedure done himself by the team in Malaga. There are so many companies offering hair transplant services it can seem a very big decision on who to put your trust in, after I spoke to Neil on my first video consultation i had made my mind up. I was nervous before my procedure especially going to Malaga, I’m so glad I did as the whole team there are brilliant and caring. Neil recommended I went there due to my hair loss being similar to his and I wasn’t disappointed. I’m now 2 weeks post op and everything is going good, Neil is always a message away for advice. Im having 2 procedures overall, my first one by Dr Rossler with 3100 grafts extracted, can’t wait to see this develop and also to get my second procedure done for the final result.
I’ve spoke to numerous people who’ve had a hair transplant by other companies and they can’t believe the level of care I’ve received, a few days before my flight to Malaga I received my post op kit that contained aftercare products and medication relevant for my hair loss.
I left Malaga with step by step instructions for the aftercare which is a big help, the transfer and the hotel in Malaga were great.
I was very lucky to get my procedure done just before Christmas as this worked well with my recovery and my work, Malaga clinic was booked up for a couple of months! So don’t hesitate as choosing Vinci hair is the best option!

I returned to Vinci for my second procedure, this time focusing on my scalp. It was planned for the day after my initial treatment. Before I get into the details, I have to say: the difference in my fringe has been incredible. I already have a full fringe again. The first month felt a little strange, as I was impatient and thought nothing was happening, but looking back, the progress was remarkable.
For context, my first procedure was on May 28th. By the time I went on holiday on July 21st—just under two months later—I already had a fringe. It was short and fine, but it was there. By the time I returned for this second procedure, it had grown thicker and longer, and the confidence it gave me was unbelievable.
This second procedure was even smoother than the first. I arrived slightly early, but all the paperwork was already completed. By 8:30am I was in my consultation, and by 8:45am I was changed and having my donor area shaved. At 9:00am, we were underway.
I had a different surgeon and medical team this time, and they were absolutely fantastic—professional, friendly, and attentive. They even handed me the TV remote so I could choose Netflix for the day.
The first stage involved preparing the top of my head for the donor hair. This included local anaesthetic injections, but to my surprise, I barely felt them. By the third injection, the area was already numb. This stage took around an hour and was so relaxing that I started to drift off.
Next came the donor extraction. This was the part I remembered as slightly uncomfortable from my first procedure. You lie face down, similar to a massage table, and the injections begin. I won’t lie—the first few injections in the back of the head do sting, as it’s a sensitive area. But this discomfort lasts less than two minutes. Once the area goes numb, there’s no more pain. If anyone asks whether the procedure hurts, I’d say: if you can handle two minutes of discomfort, the confidence you gain is absolutely worth it.
The extraction took around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. I lost track of time because, again, I drifted in and out of sleep—it was surprisingly relaxing. We then broke for lunch, which Vinci provided from a menu, before moving on to the placement of the donor hairs. The team worked seamlessly together, and I felt completely at ease. To my surprise, we were finished shortly after 2pm. I had my post‑op consultation and aftercare discussion with the surgeon, and I was on my way by around 2:40pm. The whole day ran incredibly smoothly.
The medical team truly were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.
The day after the procedure, I rested as advised. I’ve had no swelling (same as last time). The only slight soreness is at the injection sites at the back of my head, which I notice when leaning back, but this will pass within a couple of days.
I genuinely encourage anyone who is considering a hair transplant to speak with Vinci and explore their options. My first procedure was life‑changing, and I’m excited to see the transformation in my scalp over the coming months.

Very good experience with Vinci UK, but the after care experience stopped this being a 5* review.
I had my hair transplant performed in London in December 2024. It is now 12 months later and I am extremely happy with the results. I only needed 700-800 follicles transplanted as my hair is thick and I was only just starting to recede at the temples. When I was wearing hair products its hard to tell but when my hair was natural and not styled I could see my hairline was starting to creep back. I am in my 40s by the way.
The initial consultation with a gent named Oliver in Bristol prior to the op was very good. My diabetes was not a problem and did not stop me having a hair transplant. Oliver explained everything well and showed me lots of information and pictures, and asked if I had spoken to any other clinics, which I had. Oliver suggested the procedure type for my needs which was the same as the other clinics had suggested. My main concern was Vinci seemed to be over £1000 cheaper in total compared to other clinics.
The reviews and results online plus Oliver's knowledge swayed me that Vinci's price was catered to me and not just a standardised fee.
After I had left, about a week later Oliver called and was able to sort out a small discount on the quoted price. The surgeon he had spoken to and had shared pictures with felt I didn't need a lot of follicles transplanted as my hair was thick and I was very early in experiencing hair loss.
The operation was booked about 3 months later from a list of dates and would be performed in the Harley Street clinic in London. I had two prior calls from the Vinci clinic in London to explain what would happen on the day, one of these was about 2 weeks before I went up.
Upon arrival I had to fill in some details, paid and met the surgeon. I cannot remember her name but she was very good in explaining what would happen.
The op was meant to start at 9am.
I needed to had my head shaved and my scalp examined first. The procedure itself started around 10am and finished just after 3pm with a break for lunch. I had the option to watch Netflix or use my phone during the operation but decided just to relax and close my eyes. The only painful part was the injections to numb my skull which are fairly deep but this was only about 3-4 minutes of being uncomfortable.
The food and drink for lunch provided wasn't anything fancy but was enough to stop me feeling hungry. The sandwich was tasty and freshly made that day. The staff were all friendly and explained everything. The surgeon performed the actual pull of the hair follicles and placed the majority of them and then two technician's took over in the afternoon.
My only complaint was the after care but the results are completely what I wanted. I phoned and emailed the clinic about 2 days after the operation as I was worried some of the follicles had fallen out.
I believe upon further research this was just dead skin or scabs falling from my head... even if it was hair follicles its not effected the result. I just wanted to be reassured and check with the surgery team. Sadly Vinci didn't reply to the email pictures sent. I never bothered to follow up.
I have had no further communication or contact from Vinci UK. As I said I'm happy with the results and I suspect had I had any major problems they would have probably replied.
I was supposed to have some follow pictures but these are probably only for sales and marketing anyway. If you're thinking of using Vinci UK I can recommend them based on results.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Vinci Hair Clinic for an outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of professionalism, care, and patience shown by the surgeons and staff truly exceeded my expectations.
The procedure lasted about nine hours, and throughout the entire time I felt completely looked after. The team checked on my comfort constantly, adjusted my body position whenever needed, let me stretch my arms and legs, and made sure I never felt any discomfort. Even the choice of lunch — something that may seem like a small detail — made a big difference and showed how much they care about their patients.
I especially appreciate the friendly atmosphere in the operating room. The jokes and light conversation helped me relax, and the staff’s patience with my occasional snoring when I drifted off to sleep made me feel at ease. Their attitude made a long procedure feel surprisingly smooth.
Thank you once again for your professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. I felt safe and supported throughout the entire process, and I am confident in the success of the final result. I highly recommend Vinci Hair Clinic to anyone considering this journey.

I originally spoke with Neil in November of 2024, who talked me through all the ways in which our hair thins and falls out, what can be done to treat it and what would be the most optimal approach for myself.
I ended up opting for a hair transplant after thinking about it for a while and weighing my options. I had the procedure in January of 2025, with around 3500 follicles moved at the Malaga clinic after seeing the wonderful results Dr Rossler and her team had achieved with other patients.
I was so happy with the frequent aftercare calls and PRP sessions that in September of this year, I spoke with Neil again about filling in the rest of my crown to get the density I desired. Once again we went through the Malaga clinic as the first time was so great. Currently recovering post second op and patiently waiting for the full results!
Neil’s been super informative and provided amazing guidance in terms of recovery and management of my natural hair loss.
I definitely recommend that if it’s something that bothers you, ask for Neil and start the conversation.

At 28 years old I was losing hair on the top of my head while having thick hair on the sides, so i felt something must be done. I found Vinci hair clinic online and found that they had a remarkably good history of hair transplants.
My consultant Neil was fantastic at calming any nerves and was very informative, exactly what you need when going through this process.
Dr Feyroza, who performed the surgery for me, calmed any nerves I had on the day. She also specializes in sideburns and identified areas where I didn't even realise where I lost hair. She also gave me a PRP treatment which I have found fantastic in any swelling and by day two I was feeling no pain on my head.
Dr Feyroza described the numbing feeling in my head (for the procedure) as wearing a crash helmet, which was the best way to explain it. I barely felt a thing throughout the surgery and at some points it was almost therapeutic to the point where i nearly fell asleep!
By the end of the procedure, she informed me that she was able to put more grafts on than initially proposed, to cover my scalp as well as the mid-section of my head.
I was then provided with a two week plan to carry out (I would advise if your in Ireland, getting a prescription for finasteride, getting a firm travel pillow online and also buying sweet almond oil on amazon). From personal experience I would advise if you're flying from Ireland, go on the Friday, get the procedure on the Saturday and leave on the Sunday. By Tuesday I was ready to work again without pain.
In summary, Neil, Dr Feyroza and the team are fantastic at their work and I cannot recommend Vinci Hair Clinic enough! They definitely know what they're doing in regards to FUE hair transplants!

From the moment I walked into the clinic for my hair transplant Dr Firdous Mohyuddin was absolutely amazing, informing me of the process step by step and answering all my questions. The whole process was not as bad as I had thought it would be as the team were amazing and put me at ease. The procedure was straightforward and I am so looking forward to seeing my results in months to come. Thank you to Dr Firdous and her team for making me feel so comfortable and for the excellent care provided. If you’re thinking about a hair transplant I would not hesitate in recommending Vinci clinic.

Shortly after turning forty, I decided to do something about my thinning hair, which had been getting worse over the past five years. I have to say it wasn't just about appearance – it was affecting me psychologically and impacting my self-confidence quite a bit.
Before making my decision, I spent a significant amount of time researching different hair transplant methods and clinics. I looked across Europe and beyond, asked people about their experiences, but unfortunately I didn't know anyone in my circle who had undergone a transplant. What mattered most to me was that the entire process would be professional – from preparation through the actual procedure to the aftercare. I had seen quite a few reviews and cases where things didn't go well, which made me cautious about taking the simple route.
Eventually, I contacted Vinci Clinic in Málaga and arranged an in-person consultation. I came with a long list of questions and doubts. However, meeting Dr. Susana, who is originally from Germany, immediately put me at ease. She patiently explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and importantly recommended an eight-month pre-operative preparation to strengthen my hair. This actually convinced me that they really care about long-term results here, not just a quick procedure. And of course, I greatly appreciated that the entire examination was non-binding for the subsequent operation and free of charge.
The entire preparation for the operation was under the professional guidance of Alicia from the clinic's patient care team. During those eight months, I used the recommended supplements and indeed, my hair significantly strengthened and looked much better. I now understand that this phase is really important – preparing the hair follicles so that the transplant has the best possible chance of success.
The FUE procedure itself took about eight hours. I must say the entire team was absolutely professional and perfectly coordinated. What I really liked was that during the procedure I didn't feel like just a "patient on the operating table" – I could listen to music, watch a movie, or chat. I also had breaks for lunch and restroom, which you really appreciate during such a long procedure. After the operation, I received a discharge package with everything necessary and complete medical documentation.
I then stayed in Málaga for a few days, and during that time the clinic contacted me several times with follow-up questions about how I was feeling and whether everything was progressing well. This post-procedure care was excellent. The entire healing process went exactly as they had described to me beforehand in the instructions – no surprises, everything was under control.
And now, over a year after the operation? I have to say I'm more than satisfied with the result. My hair looks natural, fuller, and I've received many compliments from friends and family. But most importantly, my self-confidence returned several months after the operation, which I had been missing before when looking in the mirror.
I'm really glad I chose Vinci Clinic. The entire process from the first visit to today has taken just over a year and a half, and I can honestly say it was an excellent choice. I thank Dr. Susana for the perfectly executed work and Alicia for the professional management of the entire process. Everything was excellently organized and I didn't encounter any unexpected problems.
If anyone is considering a hair transplant and looking for a professional clinic in Europe with a truly careful approach to patients, I can only recommend Vinci Clinic in Málaga.

Been a year now since my second op and can only say I am well happy I went ahead with the procedures. It’s taken 25 years off how I look!
There are certainly cheaper places than Vinci but nowhere that offers the important factor of you being the only person having work done at any time, not like a Turkish production line.
I will continue to recommend Vinci Malaga and Dr Rossler and her team to anyone contemplating having a procedure done.
