My experience at Vinci hair clinic was amazing. From my first consultation they were very helpful and straight forward in explaining what the procedure involved and what would benefit me the most. Their staff is very friendly and professional.they do their job very well. I just want to say thankyou to Lyuba she done an amazing job and make me feel very comfortable and at ease every session. I would highly recommend this to anyone as you will be in good hands.

Initially I was hesitant for quite a while about doing anything related to my hair, I had a lot of questions, I wasn’t sure about it and I’m the sort of person where I investigate everything fully before being 100% committed. It felt like a big decision to improve my hair especially as I didn’t want anything invasive but the least invasive. I started with an initial bloc mixing PRP and Mesotherapy. The first PRP I felt some discomfort because of minimum pain not being used to it. However after the second session it didn’t bother me at all and I didn’t feel anything. So far 6 months later I’ve had a 3 PRP sessions and 3 Mesotherapy sessions and there has been a massive improvement. Claudia is the head nurse has made my sessions incredibly comfortable and Miran who has overseen everything has honestly made everything a joy from start till now. By far the most incredible service and care I’ve seen. Thank you! J

After somewhat nervously signing up for a hair transplant, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was worried for no reason. The experience far surpassed my expectations. Not only was the Malaga team incredibly knowledgeable, but Dr Rossler and the medical staff made me feel completely at ease. The clinic itself was spotless and modern, and the procedure was smooth, pain-free, and impressively well-organised. I appreciated how precise, hard-working, and thorough the staff were. The team was there throughout to answer my questions and provided extensive information, clear aftercare instructions, and quality post-op treatments, which really contributed to the positive experience of the surgery. Also, thanks to Neil McAleese, who arranged the procedure and guided me through this journey, from the initial consultation to post-operative care. I highly recommend Vinci to anyone considering a hair transplant.

From the initial correspondence to completion of my FUE transplant the team in Malaga were exceptional. Understandably there were lots of questions(from me) all of of which were answered in a reassuring and patient manner. The procedure, although long was seamless with outstanding results. I thoroughly recommend Vinci.

Very patient, always give me specialised treatment. They topped up my scalp more than most due to certain skin conditions I had and never charged me. Luba has been particularly dedicated when doing the SMP.

Went for MSP 'touch up' treatment/procedure a week ago with Luba. Have to say Luba is very friendly and polite but more importantly her quality of work and patience is first class. Very natural results I am very pleased with. Would definitely recommend London clinic and Luba in particular for anyone coslnsidering MSP.

I have complained about the results of PRP/ Mesotl therapy which was supposed to add density to my crown region. It didn’t lead to any improvements whatsoever. I have been sold a treatment that was not suited for my condition as I have not many active graphs in my crown region so the treatment could have never worked.

They offered me another consultation to resolve the issue but all the doctor recommended is another transplant which I have to pay for. I was expecting a much more sympathetic response especially considering I spent 1800£ on a treatment that didn’t work. Not only I was refused any refund they try to sell me another procedure claiming that another hair transplant is the only solution. If that is the case, I shouldn’t have been sold the PRP treatment.

I have trusted this clinic after a successful hair transplant which I highly recommend but I cannot say the same about the PRP/ Meso which is not something I recommend considering its efficacy and value for money.

Unfortunately, due to the way this has been handled, I will no longer be a patient at this clinic as there is no compassion or accountability. They will just try to upsell you even after you have already wasted money on a treatment that didn’t work.

I have just returned home from Malaga last week after my hair transplant, I was asked to come in for a pre op discussion with Dr Suzanne, I found her very reassuring and next day the work was carried out, they were very professional in every step of the way, the team work very hard and are very attentive to ensure there is very little discomfort, I flew home to Glasgow the day after my surgery and as soon as I landed and was driving home Dr Suzanne was on the phone to me asking if everything was going well, I also received a call from Vinci Glasgow today regarding how everything went and what the stages are going forward for the transplant to be successful, from start to finish I’m glad I used Vinci and going to Malaga has proven to be the best decision as they made it feel a very relaxed experience as I was very anxious prior to getting a hair transplant.

I was treated by the excellent Luba. I was given good advice and the process was thorough and professional. I am delighted with the result and would recommend Vinci without hesitation.

I had my transplant back in January and four months down the line it looks great and has come through really well. The team in Malaga were great and kept me at ease. Dr Rossler is incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job at leaving a very natural hairline. Everyone I know has said it looks great and they can't tell I've had it done. The finance options are also great. Would highly recommend Vinci Malaga!

Absolutely amazing, communication from start to finish has been great. I was made to feel welcome the entire time and the team made me feel at ease before and throughout the procedure. They go into great detail about the procedure and the processes ensuring you’re fully aware of the process before agreeing to anything and are extremely transparent. My consultation with Kevin was professional and honest, he explained things clearly and laid out my options.
I didnt go for it straight away as money was a concern, but he stayed in touch and we managed to find an option that suited.

I had my SMP done at Vinci Hair Clinic by Luba, and she did an amazing job! She was precise, professional, ano made sure everything looked natural. Mel (the consultant/manager) was also fantastic-she explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth. Great experience overall, highly recommend!

This company have totally taken advantage of my 20 year old son who had confidence issues. The sales person was only interested in getting his commission. £ signed him up for £2,300 of treatment he doesn't need. What he should have said was you're not quite ready for us yet. An independent private dermatologist has confirmed my son doesn't have male pattern baldness but Vinci are still intent on keeping his £500 deposit and collecting £99 £or the next 18 months even though he is not having a single treatment! Perhaps he was foolish not to have seen the dermatologist first and hindsight is a wonderful thing but the response from Vinci has been ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. To charge a young man £2,300 for treatment he won't be having due to stress and anxiety is a disgrace. VINCI YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES

Since arriving home after a 2 day back to back procedure with Vinci Hair Clinic, all I can say is I am so pleased, astonished and amazed at their professionalism and expertise.

This was my first hair transplant and leading up to the day of the procedure, Miran was exceptional with his knowledge and reliability in answering all of my questions. On the day of the procedure, I was welcomed and met the team of Samma, Santosh and Dr. Amoha. All of whom were absolutely brilliant throughout and were very comforting. They achieved the exact results I wanted and were extremely close to the number of grafts Miran and I discussed. All of the team were happy to answer any questions I had throughout the day and were constantly reassuring.

They really know what they’re doing. I am honestly blown away with the results in what they achieved in 2 days and would happily recommend anyone to use this clinic. Even the aftercare has been exceptional so far with clear guidance and instructions to follow and a follow up call from Miran to check in.

I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Vinci Hair Clinic, London. This wasn't my first transplant, having had previous procedure I guess I saved the best for last. After having procedures in Turkey and Pakistan, I can confidently say that Vinci Hair Clinic tops them all in every way. The consultation with Neil was outstanding; his knowledge and first-hand experience were invaluable. The pre-work to prepare my scalp was thorough and well done. Dr. Amoha Bhattia, who did my consultation and procedure , was honest and realistic. Given my prior experience, I could tell she was setting honest and realistic expectations. Which is critical in the decision making process.

On the day of the procedure, I had an incredible team by my side. Summer and Santosh, who have over 25 years of experience between them, were absolutely fantastic. The extraction process was pain-free, apart from the anaesthetic part of course, and I felt comfortable throughout. Dr. Amoha was there to make sure everything went smoothly. Her skill and support were clear throughout. The procedure exceeded my expectations, with more grafts than anticipated, which was a bonus without overharvesting the donor area. Summer's meticulous work during the extraction ensured that. I couldn't have asked for a better team than Neil, Dr. Amoha, Summer, Santosh, and the other colleague who made sure I was bandaged up for my journey home.

The post-procedure care was just as impressive, with detailed aftercare instructions and regular follow-ups to monitor my progress. The clinic's commitment to ensuring the best results didn’t end with the procedure; they provided continuous support and guidance, which was reassuring. It enabled me to ask any questions and gave me confidence. I made sure I was following the post- procedure process as I had my part to play too, and I did it exactly as I was told to, so I would get the best results possible.

Personally, I can't recommend Vinci Hair Clinic enough. If you're considering a procedure, I strongly advise you to speak with Neil or one of the advisors to get all the necessary information. Ultimately, the choice is yours, but my experience has been exceptional.

I’ve recently had round 2 of a double hair transplant with Vinci Clinic. I had round 1 about 12 months ago in April 2024 and will be having PRP and scalp pigmentation later this year. Round 1 is now mostly healed and I’m very happy with the results. Still waiting on round 2 to heal but Im confident in the process, having already been through it once.

I’m a transgender woman and faced no problems with Vinci, and I was put onto them by a friend who’s also trans. Her transplant was about 2 years ago and her results are also great.

I had my consultation in Manchester with Neil who is a great point of contact for the company, very responsive and has been through the process himself so is knowledgeable on it.

My surgeries were in London with Dr Amoha Bhatia. Her and the team of nurses were wonderful. I struggled with the anaesthetic injections on round 1 and for round 2 they remembered and made accommodations for me to ease my discomfort

So far I’ve been very happy with the treatment that I’ve had from Vinci and can highly recommend them
