Scam
Beware of this site read all the negative reviews on other sites! I paid for a report and they sent me a report on the wrong vehicle I requested a refund and got nothing. I then did some digging and found a lot of reviews of people scammed like me! I requested a report on a Ford Ranger 2021 and attached is what I got! Contacted Ford directly and they gave me the info I needed and confirmed the Vin I have is correct.

Should have read the reviews. Pity I can't give it 0 stars. Biggest vin nr scam online. Couldn't even give the correct model or year. Don't waste your money. Can't imagine a site like this can still exist.

Your reports aren't worth R20.
The reports don't supply sufficient and 100% correct information.

The info I got was super basic...nothing of value at all. Like one of the other reviews stated, I could have got this info from Autotrader. I found no value in the report I paid for and wouldn't waste my time again in the future.

Scam site, beware
This is a scam site, beware. I was hoping to find out more about my vehicles service history, which goes beyond the free checks you can perform online about stolen vehicles etc and this is what the site implies it will give you. I thought I selected an option on the site to pay for a single report. I put my registration number in and it said ‘3 records found’ which implied 3 service history records. I selected to proceed and the report was absolute rubbish, no service history, just the same data you can get online elsewhere for free plus some zero value additional info about the car model. It said refund within 14 days so I sent an email to their mailbox. I then happened to view my credit card history later and saw they’d charged me for a package of 5 reports for over $50 which I did not want or intentionally select, very misleading. I went back into the report to get a screenshot and complain and somehow created another 2 reports which were exactly the same which of course I don’t want. They have no phone or contact details other than the mailbox which is not monitored, I have sent multiple messages over several weeks. It’s a scam site that I will be reporting to consumer affairs. AVOID. The other reviews on here must be fakes or by their team.

Was expecting to get a stolen vehicle check (which was missing data), but overall got all the necessary information about the odometer, registration, and recalls.
