I had long been looking for a pair of Entourage of 7 Beacon sunglasses, but I was unsure which of the Beacon models I should go for. After a bit of googling I came across Vintage Designer Frames.

No matter what time I wrote, Hannelore was there to help me find the right pair. She took all the time I needed, to make sure we found the right sunglasses for me. I wound up ordering the Beacon HV on Sunday afternoon, and they arrived today.

The sunglasses are a perfect fit. Exactly as I was advised.

When they write "Kick ass service" on their website, they arent lying. Every question or doubt I had, was answered.

They even upgraded me to express shipping so I would get it in time for a birthday

Really great product range and excellent customer service. Exchanging a set of glasses for a slightly larger pair was hassle free which can sometimes be an issue with online sellers. Will use again and would recommend highly.

At no point when I ordered the product was I told that there would be an additional charge of £77.41 for import/tax payment. After I ordered and paid I received confirmation of the purchase and it stated £0.00 for shipping and £0.00 for taxes. So I was surprised that after I had the shipping confirmation I received a request for the additional £77.41.

First time I ordered and I will say the glasses are built really well and are definitely worth the money!

I purchased the Entourage 7 XL, which were a little large for my face, but glasses were amazing. I contacted Hannelore and received excellent service. Vintage exchanged my glasses for the standard size and I couldn't be happier with them. However, better than the product was the service from Hannelore and team. I felt I needed to take a moment to express my opinion on one of the best online transactions I’ve ever had with a small business. Their website was easy to navigate and I was able to effortlessly find, not only the sunglasses I was looking for but discovered the XL version for my somewhat large head! The most amazing part of the purchase was the shipping. I ordered on Sunday and DHL had the sunglasses on my head by Wednesday afternoon. They far exceeded any of my expectations and there are thousands of online retailers that could learn a lot from a small business like this. There was literally not one thing I would change about this purchase. I have many pairs of sunglasses and they quickly provided me with my new favorite pair. The most amazing part is, they are in Belgium and I'm on the east coast of the United States yet I was treated like I lived in their town.

Fast shipping and great customer experience!

I was anxious to get the same sunglasses that were worn by Matt Damon in the movie Ford vs Ferrari and that is exactly what I received. The construction of the glasses is excellent and I expect that I will be wearing them for a long time to come. I was also impressed by how quickly I received delivery from time ordered.
