I sent a Parker 61 in for restoration and the team did a fantastic job restoring it back to its former glory. Before I sent it in, I’d done everything I could to get it writing again and I’d managed to get it writing a fine, dry and inconsistent line. Now it writes perfectly consistently and with excellent flow, between a medium and a broad. Comparing what I wrote before I sent it in for restoration versus after you wouldn’t even know that I was using the same ink, let alone the same pen. Can’t ask for much more than that!

I am a repeat customer because this vendor provides excellent service and wonderful merchandise. The pen I purchased was as described. The only negative is that I would have expected the refill lever to be aligned with the centre of the upper side of the nib. This, I know, is a personal preference and in no way affects the operation of the pen, but a little more attention to detail would have been expected. Otherwise, this vendor is absolutely reliable and highly recommended!

Less than 12 hours after receipt of pens balance payment made.

For whatever reason, no payment has arrived for items sent to this firm in October 2021, and which were accepted. Banking error? Every effort made on this side to clarify possible error and bank address sent several times. Still awaiting funds.
