Ordered on 19 Nov, emailed them on 3 Dec as item was still not delivered. On 4 Dec I received a reply, 'It should have been with you by now, so we will despatch another to you today for delivery on Monday.' which then I immediately got an email 'Your order is on it's way!' Realising my original order was probably never dispatched, I was quite annoyed I paid full price instead of waiting until Black Friday weekend to take advantage of the discount price. No compensation offered. I really like the clutch but not sure I'd buy from them again considering the service.

I've been looking for hair accessories for my bridesmaids for months and came across these - they're perfect, so delicate.

I purchased Anastasia Gold and Pearl Vintage Style Headband. It arrived almost immediately and is absolutely gorgeous. Cant wait until my wedding day to wear this. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially any brides to be!!

The bag is beautiful and arrived very quickly but I will have to be gentle with it as some of the beads seem quite loose.

the headpiece i'd had my eye on for a while was out of stock when I chose to order, however I signed up to receive an alert when it was back in stock (not expecting to hear anything) and received an e-mail not too long after advising it was back in stock. So pleased. Very quick delivery and beautifully packaged.
