Christmas wine gift idea ruined

Ordered a Christmas wine gift on the 18th Dec. Order was only confirmed 6 days later with the shipping confirmed on Christmas Eve. No chance of it arriving by Christmas. That in itself is already poor service. I chased the order on chat (nobody responded), using their call help line (nobody ever picked up) and via email (also zero response). Nobody has yet to respond to me from the company. They took the money a ran as fas as my experience feels. This company is poor. The communication is non-existant and consequently I will never use them again. Good luck if you choose to!

Rip off wine

Rip off wine - selling boxes for 200% the cost of individual wines. £20 mark up for a card board box. Check out the cost difference on their site. Avoid rip off wine hampers.
