I ordered a vinyl print of one of my photo's. Arrived on time and was of good quality.

Their customer service was helpful and easy to deal with.

Happy to recommend them.

From the online design-it-yourself, through to customer service, delivery and price, I cannot fault this company.

I found the online design function really easy to understand, yet you can come up some amazing designs.

After ordering, I realised I had got the sizing of the lettering wrong. Simples - a quick phone call and it was sorted.

The lettering arrived a couple of days ago (4 working days after placing order) and I applied it today, following their easy-to-understand instructions. The final result - better than I could have hoped, let alone expected. Well worth the money.

Unprofessionalism personified

I requested the company in question provide me with a service.

The reply I received didn't actually relate to my query regarding the item I requested.

The reply merely stated that international postage was temporarily unavailable due to a third party contractor issue they were experiencing, a time frame as to when that issue would be rectified was provided, There was no mention of being unable to provide the requested service.

I replied that any shipping problem was an issue that I could easily overcome and that I was only interested in solutions, not excuses, I asked if they could supply the requested service or not.

From the services this company advertise on their website, logic would dictate that the requested service would be no problem, Therefore I can only assume that whoever read my reply took the exception at my comment regarding providing solutions instead of excuses, as the reply I received was curt and VERY unprofessional.

I have since also lodged a complaint about this company to their local UK trading standards office for advertising services that they subsequently cannot provide.

I also see that when anyone relays any information regarding this company that they don’t like, they go on the offensive and reply in a derogatory manner, it also appears they attempt to abuse and misuse the consumer flagging tool to have honest appraisals of their business removed.

As a side note to trust pilot, DO-NOT, I REPEAT DO-NOT attempt to allow this company to request further personal contact details, under GDPR Regulations as an EU Citizen it is my right to privacy, and I WILL NOT allow you to BULLY or THREATEN me into providing further personal information to a third party

I have already advised you not to breach GDPR regulations by threatening and trying to bully me into providing personal details to a third party, as you have failed to honour that notification I have now lodged a notification of that breach with the EU commission.

I feel very sorry for such unprofessional businesses who appear from their replies to be mentally unstable, I hope they can regonise that they have issues and can seek the appropriate assistance from mental health professionals

This business keeps abusing the flagging system in an attempt to remove honest assessments of their performance.

Having paid for and received a boat name graphic at 200mm high, I decided it was too big and ordered the same graphic at 150mm high.
The graphic arrived and was still 200mm high. The company refused to believe they had made a mistake, despite photographic evidence.
Further to their reply below. They received the photos at 09:29 on 24th July. One of these photos clearly shows the 2 graphics together, with a rule showing the size.
I saw the 2 screenshot of the graphics and agree they are 200 and 150mm respectively, THAT WAS NOT WHAT ARRIVED. They are unable to accept their error.
This has to be one of the worst online companies I have ever dealt with.
I reitterate, do not waste your time and effort on these clowns.
