Sadly, after almost six months, I still have not received my complete order. There have been numerous emails and Instagram messages, all with promised delivery dates that were not honored. While the communication has been polite, the delivery performance has been extremely poor.I was asked to delete my online comments, but there is no reason to do so unless these issues are resolved and the client–supplier agreement made at the time of purchase is respected. I spent over €6,000 and exchanged countless emails, with no satisfactory outcome.In the most recent emails, they claimed that all items had been shipped; however, after checking with DHL, I confirmed that only one of the two expensive pieces was actually sent. This raises a serious concern about honesty.I have contacted American Express to file a formal complaint. Let’s see whether they finally honor their commitments. So far, I feel disappointed and offended.

Order placed on January 13th. What followed was three months of delays and repeated promises of shipping dates that were never met.
When the package finally arrived, it contained the wrong item. And now they don't reply to my emails.
This is not just poor service—it reflects a lack of reliability and basic quality control. After months of waiting, to then receive the wrong product is simply not acceptable.
I have requested a full refund and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Just received two ties from Viola Milano and I’m genuinely impressed. The colors are refined and versatile, the designs are timeless, and the quality feels truly premium the moment you touch them.
There’s something about them that quietly elevates the whole outfit—subtle, confident, and effortlessly elegant. Safe to say these won’t be sitting in the drawer for long.
4+ months after payment — item not shipped and support disappeared
Payment was made on Nov 30, 2025. As of Apr 6, 2026, one of the paid items from order #94022 has still not been shipped or received. There is no tracking for this item and no refund.
At first, the company was in contact: I exchanged emails with their support (initially with Laura, later with Carlo, who introduced himself as Head of Customer Service). They replied (sometimes with delays) and they did ship/deliver some of the cheaper items. However, the most expensive item—the main reason I placed the order—SLEEVELESS 100% Lambswool Cardigan – Bordeaux – Medium has never been shipped.
In email correspondence, the company acknowledged the delay in writing and promised a fast shipment (“within the next few days”), but this never happened. They also claimed the cardigan was held up while moving from their US stock store and was “stuck in customs”; when I asked how this could be the case since my delivery address was in the USA (so customs should not have been involved), they stopped replying.
After that, they stopped responding to my follow-ups (my last email was on 29 Mar 2026).
At this point, I had to initiate a formal payment dispute through my bank due to non-delivery.
I am willing to update this review if the matter is resolved: either confirmed dispatch with tracking, or an immediate refund for the undelivered item.

I am waiting for a bespoke tie order number 92802,
the sales team personel confirmed that the bespoke tie is delivered and that it would arrive the next week.
Therefore, the product is expected to be received next week. Hopefully, the tie will arrive accordingly without any delay nor issue.
**This review is to be held unless the tie does not arrive before 15th of April, since the dispatch was confirmed by the sales team.

I’ve made 2 bespoke orders for several ties each. They state around 4 weeks to complete the order. The first order took 1 year, after a lot of follow ups. They claimed issues with their internal processes and manufacturing. By the second order they claimed all these issues were resolved and I should get a completely different experience. 2 years later the order and I have still not received all my ties and they have stopped responding to my emails. I cant fault the quality of the ties but a very badly managed business that doesn't deliver. So will not recommend anyone to use their service, at least not bespoke. Cant speak about their ready made.
Unethical and unacceptable behavior
This company has a fantastically bad morale. Everything indicates that the owner has no respect for customers, does not respond to inquiries and promises delivery that does not materialize. All this even though the customer has already paid. My order has not been delivered five weeks after the purchase date.
I should have been suspicious, because I previously bought a Solaro tie in wool, which upon arrival turned out to be made of silk.

A fantastic menswear shop that sell high quality ties at reasonable prices. Shuntung, Grenadine, knitted - whatever you need. I own a couple of ties myself and they were great value for money, super quick delivery too here in the UK.
Horrible experience - unreliable and bad customer service
I have ordered some accessories for my wedding with ample time. Some time before I have checked about the order and got the feedback that some items are delayed. I have picked some new ones, which are on stock. Customer service promised to me that it will be delivered on time. It of course was not. No tracking code whatsoever.
The return experience was another nightmare. I have gotten the instructions and returned the item. Then was fully ghosted. I had to get a refund through my credit card company.
Never again!

Whatever you do, do not buy from this company. It is a scam organization. You will get no help from customer service, and they only respond sporadically.
I ordered shoes on December 24th and still haven’t received them. Customer service does not respond. The only time you get their attention is when you leave negative reviews online. On their Instagram, they consistently delete comments from angry customers.
I am far from the only one having this experience.

THE WORST experience EVER ! in more than a decade of online shopping, all brands and platforms.
No tracking link, no follow up, and if not only that, their condescending tone because I did dare politely ask for an update about an order placed a month ago of bespoke ties which according to their own website, take between 4 to 6 months to make.
Guess what, after the waiting 6 weeks expired, their team didn't bother to keep me up to date either !
7 weeks, same treatment !
8 weeks, very poor feedback from their management, still !!
9 weeks, no one bothers !!
10 weeks. By this time I'm in utter disbelief !!!
11 weeks ! Still nothing !!!
12 weeks! I finally take the initiative to expose them on Pitti Uomo platform, and all I get is a refund a few days later, with no explanation at all !!!!!
If it was simply a matter of money, I wouldn't need order bespoke and I would have kept my humble earnings for myself instead of having it in their bank account with such a disrespectful, utterly disgusting and condescending behaviour.

Update to my earlier review
Customer service reached out to me via email and insta after I complain here of no communication or update on my order. Was told, my order got stuck at customs and was given the option of picking three replacement ties. Communication was good from their end and they apologized for the delay. A DHL tracking was provided and the package seems to have been shipped and enroute( haven't received yet). I will wait and see when that arrives, but atleast they followed up on my request daily after the initial hiccups.
While I do appreciate them reaching out and offering me an alternative solution the initial lack of communication was a bit frustrating. I will give them another chance and hope they can improve their customer service. All in all I am leaving on a good note and hope the package is delivered on time. If it does, I will be a royal customer as sometimes delays do happen.
Good product and reactive customer l service
A week after I ordered a tie, Viola came back to me to let me know they were out of stock. They proposed different solutions and tried their best to provide me with another tie. Even if it took more time than expected, the company finally refunded me and they even offered a tie to apologise for the inconvenience.

After-sales terrible service
Terrible service. I bought 3 ties that arrived a few days late compared to the initial delivery date. I didn't like the original color of 2 of the ties and wanted to return them. I went to the website to make the return and the process of creating a ticket leads to another platform that sends an automated email ensuring that the response within 48 business hours. Besides being confusing, more than 2 weeks have passed, and there is no feedback, and when I call the phone number on the website, they say it's not assigned.
After I wrote this review, I was immediately contacted by Davide from customer service. He tried to blackmail me, indicating that he would only accept the ties back if I deleted this review.
I hope you don't have to return products from this company.
In the end, because I didn't change the rating of this review, I was offended by this person who called me a liar and threatened to put the company's lawyers against me. All this on a long email conversation.

This is the sequence to an earlier review, in which I shared my disappointment about the order handling by Viola Milano.
In every company where people are working together and following their passion to make the best possible products, mistakes are made. That’s completely normal and acceptable. However, it’s all about dealing with such mistakes in the right manner, and that is the case here. Since Davide from Customer Support came into the equation, I felt my complaint was taken seriously, they handled with it impeccably and to my complete satisfaction. In football terms: they turned a 1-0 down into a 3-1 victory. Not only the product (a tailor made tie) is of the high level one would expect, so is their customer service. Keep up the good work!
