really good watches and jewellery, I just ordered and can't wait to see what am I getting.

A couple of months ago I have placed my first order.
I got 2 necklaces and a ring.

The quality is superb, I have been wearing it non stop (to the sea, pool etc) and all items look brand new!!

Love it and placed another order just now.
Definately will keep ordering again and again - great quality for presents too!

I wanted to get the zodiac necklace again as a present for my grandma but is out of stock. So hopefully I can find it again soon!

The website is easy to use and I like the description section. Would be nice to be able to see reviews on each bag. The user experience for newsletter sign up is cumbersome. Hopefully the bags arrive nice and on time!

I purchased a cross bag few month ago. It is really practical, functional and the finishing is of a good quality.

EDIT: the package was delivered on November 15th; I returned the item because of its poor quality.

After a week of placing my order, they keep telling me that I'm about to receive the tracking number, but the product has not been shipped yet. Yesterday I sent a reminder and got no answer.

Very quick delivery, but the bag arrived damaged. There are scratches on the back of the bag (like someone used it and tried to clean a stain). The front of the bag also has marks - like heat or water damage. I've requested a return and refund. Waiting for them to respond.

Update Oct 4: I have already replied that I want a refund. Can you please respond and issue the refund?

Very poor quality and customer service. Ordered the bag as a Christmas present for my girlfriend and after a few months the side strap fell off. And this while the bag has rarely been used (maybe 2 or 3 times). Customer service said this was not a manufacturing defect and there was nothing they could do about it. After complaining and threatening further action, they finally offered me a voucher for the same amount as the bag we ordered. And now we have just ordered a new bag only to find out that the quality of the new bag is very poor quality again. It looks like the bag has already been used and there is even glue on the item. This is the last time we order from this company and I recommend others do the same. They are way overpriced and you can easily find better quality bags elsewhere for the same price.

I ordered a handbag and it arrived quickly. I was very happy with the bag, but within a month, the bag broke. I contacted customer service, and they said that the bag must be defect and they will send a voucher code for the value of the product. I agreed. However, I tried to order a handbag (which was in the sale and the exact value of the voucher code), but I could not complete the order as there was an error message " minimum order value must be 1 euro". I contacted customer service again, and I received a message to say that my voucher code has been reactivated, so I tried to purchase the same bag again. But again, I got the same message. So I decided not to order anything else from the store (because I don't want to waste more money on faulty goods). So I requested a refund back to my original payment method. So far, I have not had a response.

It's a shame as the bags are nice, but they break so quickly and even the gold colour from the chain (bag strap) was already wearing off and turning green. I had bought the bag to replace a cheap 5 year old bag that I had previously. The cheaper bag was better quality and the gold colour has not worn off in the 5 years.

Update: 16.04.2023 I have now received a full refund

My wife ordered Jewelry which was advertised as order today, tomorrow in house. After 3 days, nothing was received and we emailed, called and WhatsApp to cancel the order. We had to cancel the order as we are moving out of the country. Subsequent to us moving out of the country, violet hamden sent the Jewelry which is of no consequence to us since we have moved!

1st problem, please do not advertise next day in house if you cannot keep your promise. 2nd problem, why was the order not cancelled following our request? The item was not even sent out yet at the time of our request! What can we do now but to leave a bad review? Violet Hamden took our money and send the jewelry to a place where we can’t receive the item. What an unpleasant online shopping experience.

I bought three bags from Violet Hamden and after a few weeks the leather started peeling off and the inside of the bag is now completely torn. This happened to all the three bags and I rarely used it. So disappointing!

They are scammers. I ordered an ankle bracelet and as soon as I picked it up it broke. I send them a polite mail to ask what they could do to help and they send me this standard mail back full of nonsense. They are not willing to do anything, their retour-policy is fake. Very rude customer service! I will never order again.

The bag I have orderd is perfect! It was diliverd in a box with folded paper with a protectet cover! I will order more products, they are beautiful and a great quality and the service is exceptional. Violet Hamden makes it a present to unpack it!

I order a big tote bag from you guys, and i loveeee it. I have gotten many compliments on it. I’m a student and the bag is perfect for feeling professional and also not over doing it. Plus it holds all my necessities like my laptop,school supplies lunch and hygiene/beauty products. Best investment ive ever made in a bag.
