I used to be a loyal customer until they no longer took orders after brexit. But then in 2023 they advertised on their Web pages that they do take orders from and deliver to the uk so I placed my usual large order which they confirmed and took payment only then to be emailed a day later that they had to cancel my order due to 'operational reasons' and I should shop elsewhere. I fed back to them that their advertising is misleading and they should remove it if they do not deliver to the UK as they claim to. I also told them that their advice that I shop elsewhere without offering any suggestions is unhelpful. They did not respond. Now in 2025 as I googled for an item it showed up as available on violey so I placed another big order which took me a considerable amount if time as they have so many items and I have certain dietary needs so have to read through every items ingredients list. I forgot my experience in 2023 and their Web pages still advertised that they deliver to the UK and that it's done through DHL. And the same thing happened like it did in 2023. Do not waste your time ordering from them if you reside in UK. You’ll just end up disappointed and having wasted your time. They are the only online retailer I know who make false claims as to where they can deliver to, so I have now reported them and hopefully they'll now take this seriously and take the necessary action to avoid misleading customers and messing them about including taking payment when they shouldn't.

Violey is my go-to online shop for ordering favourite products from Germany. Fantastic choice of quality products, always fast shipment and well packaged.

WOW just WOW! Placed order in the morning Eastern standard time, by the end of the day it was on a plane heading across the ocean! I have never expirienced such a fast processing from an online retailer, Throughout entire transaction violey Customer service was on point from shipment information to an invoice, I am shocked how good they are actually, highly recommend!

This company is really honest and fair !
I didn't received my delivery probably because of the corona virus but they refunds my money.

I have made 2 Large bulk purchases from Violey, even though the delivery to Denmark was a bit expensive, I got my order delivered very fast. my last order was damaged under transport, but after writing to violey I got a quick response and a 30% discount on my order for the inconvenience. great company all in all, with a great selection, its where I buy my bulk home supplies.

Like them! But international shipping fees are really quite high.

A lot of products also shown with information details in English - very nice, if your German skills are a bit rusty ;)
Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is, the rather expensive delivery charges. A minimum of € 12.90 to Denmark + extra charge if the delivery weighs more than two kiloes - which it quickly will do.
A bit expensive - but on the other hand a lot of products comes with a discount :)
