We booked a deep clean after some building works. For the very significant cost we expected a very thorough clean. The clean was not thorough, methodical or careful. Areas were completely missed, proving the lack of a methodical approach. Numerous items had apparently only been vacuum cleaned, not wiped, which was never going to be adequate to remove building dust. When these omissions were pointed out the response was defensive without any hint of interest in what had gone wrong, let alone any apology. The clean could just have been a bad day. The customer service probably wasn't.

We’ve been using VIP cleaning for the last five years, and cannot recommend them enough. They are wonderful. Every clean is done with precision and care. Great value for money in my opinion. And when on the rare occasion things have been broken by mistake, they’ve been replaced like for like the following week. Have also used their carpet cleaning and deep cleaning service after building work took place at our home and I’ve never been disappointed. Fantastic business.

Great service, our carpet stairs are like brand new,for the cleaning at the end of the cleaning, whatever I say will be little, no dust anywhere!!!

Was looking in good for many companies. At the end I found VIP Cleaning and make a booking for my End of tenancy. Really they are very flexible with their booking. Excellent service
I've used VIP cleaning three or four times and have nothing but praise for their work. I found them trustworthy, reliable, providing an all round great cleaning service for a fair price. I particularly want to endorse Vesko and Pancho. They go the extra mile, have an eye for what needs to be done and do it very thoroughly. They are also very nice guys to have around. Today my husband surprised me with this. When I came back to my house the oven was brilliant cleaning like a brand new.

I was quoted £128 for deep clean of 2 bathrooms and limited kitchen clean. The cleaner was done in 65 minutes. Looked like a nice guy but the clean was extremely poor. There were stains left and he refused to clean the bathroom flooring. I tried to explain to him that the clean was deficient but he did't accept it.

I am now complaining and they are not helpful or understanding in any way. This is daylight robbery. One hour garbage clean for £128 is shocking. Please avoid this company. They are not professionals and are not regulated. They do not guarantee their work. I am genuinely shocked services like this exist in Central London. Poor. I am still pursuing this. I feel robbed.

I have used their services a few times within the past year, end of tenancy to start with, then bi-weekly a few times. End of tenancy was ok. Bi-weekly 3 hours cleaning was done well up until my last cleaning on 14th July. The kitchen was not done at all. The living room mop was rushed and not finished. I called the office and explained to the manager that previously everything was completed on time and the apartment was in the same condition as previous times. I suggested the cleaner was maybe not experienced enough. I explained if this was the case, maybe next time they could send someone else otherwise I might have to look elsewhere for cleaning. The manager told me I was welcome to go elsewhere. This is extremely poor customer service. The least he could have done is to say he would investigate the situation. Worse experience I have had from a cleaning company. Definitely not recommended.

This morning I arranged for a bathroom deep clean. All was good with the cleaning, however the cleaner broke my shower door. I’m sure by accident. When I emailed VIP Services they would not accept any responsibility and indirectly suggested I was not telling the truth.

Would I use this company again? No. It’s clear if anything goes wrong they do not take responsibility, however they will naturally take your money. Do not use this company. Not worth the risk.
