Never hesitate to return to Vipa as easy to find your car part, excellent value and great quality. Fast delivery too!

Despite promising next day delivery. 2 weeks later I contacted them and they cancelled the order and refunded no offer to resend the goods.
Would not use or recommend.

Awefull customer support. They don’t respond. The blades did not fit, despite using their license plate identification process. I attempted to contact their customer help line by e mail, as directed by their website, and chased afterwards after no answer. Tried to phone but no one picked up after 30 mins. Still no response and I am stuck with useless blades.

Front wipers are great, the rear wiper on a Skoda Kamiq isn’t very good, not much better than the old wiper.

Arrived well wrapped and in time. They had to go back as my car has different fittings to what the reg. Number search says ( same problem on other sites so not VIPA fault) but returns was easy so well done Vipa

I’m giving it 2/5 because they arrived and quickly. Fitting them was easy but the reason I bought they are totally useless. The left wiper bounces off the screen and makes an unbelievable racket. So much so that I manually trigger the wipers as I cannot stand the sound continuously. Cheap rubbish product!

My money is taken and wipers never arrived!

The wipers never arrived and got delivered to wrong address unknown to me and the Royal Mail tracking showed me this information.

The seller is slow and unresponsive and have not even sent out a replacement as a goodwill gesture!

No where to find their number to contact them directly and only using the trading platform to message back and forth!

Great wiper blades only 1 I buy east to fit and they work very well

Paid for a set of four blades (front and and rear) only fronts arrived - tried phoning several times but always goes to answer phone - emailed twice - still no response or sight of missing blades. Won't be using again.

Have used Vipa for my window wipers several times and never had any issues. The ordering process is straightforward and the price is good. Delivery within a couple of days and very straightforward to fit. Will continue to use them in future.

Ordered a set of wipers for my car. Front ones were fine but the back one was the wrong part. Contacted you through you helpline (with photos) on the Thursday they arrived and you responded on the Monday 3 working days later - asking for details which I sent immediately. 24 hours later and I have had no further response.

I have had wiper blades before and they are excellent and good value for money and fast delivery service would recommend to others 👍 😀

I bought wiperblade after replace my windscreen after i seen scratch on my windscreen because of those wiperblades. And i contacted company they said you must change wiperblade every 6 months so they dont give warranty. So i never use this blades and never recommend. !!

Third time I’ve ordered with them but this time they sent the wrong rear wiper out, contacted them and many days later still no response.

Cannot fault Vipa Car parts we have purchased 2 sets of wiper blades and a set of car mats all of which have been excellent, the car mats are really luxurious. Definitely 5*
