Still waiting for my wipers. Impossible to contact 5 emails two answer machine calls. Contacting my bank for a refund

I am blown away with the service I have received from Vipa. It is a lottery as to what happens when you order online, but I will use Vipa again whenever I need some parts. I needed replacement windscreen wipers for my wife's Jaguar E-Pace and Vipa who I had never heard of before popped up on a search. The price looked OK so I ordered them. There was an issue with the delivery caused by the carrier, nothing to do with Vipa, and when I contacted them about this they dealt with it immediately. Huge thanks to Naomi in the sales department.

Wipers arrived promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately the front two wipers wouldn’t fit so I returned them as well as letting them know. More than three weeks later and still no refund. I paid for the wipers and paid for the postage to return them. Out of pocket and not happy. Wouldn’t consider using or recommending them.

This company is the pits . Customer service a complete failure no reply no nothing. Reported to Debit card company and my next step is Trade and standard . Ripped me well off with the poor packaging and no refund or response. I mean who puts wiper blades in a soft packaging .

Only received part of my order, been trying to contact for a month now and no one is answering my emails or calls. Absolutely useless.

I ordered a set of front wipers for my Mercedes B class.
The order was late arriving due to the snowy weather but when it arrived the small wiper was missing. It looked like the package had been opened and re-taped up.
I emailed and called Vipa but failed to get any response from them.
Ordered on 7th January and still no response.
This is terrible custom er service, beware.

Had these wipers for 7 months now and the smear and streak everywhere. Cleaned four times to remove grease etc and they’re just poor. Going back to Bosch as they last years

Well I must admit this is the best 5* service I have ever had from any company. I ordered some wipers for my car which arrived after 2 days, on opening them I found the fittings where different so I e:mailed them and told them the problem and without any hesitation they said they would rectify the problem and the next day the correct wipers were delivered. What a fantastic company, and would highly recommend.

Awful customer service, sent and email on 7th Jan about my order being damaged and wrong, no response tried again on 15th Jan still nothing.

Website has errors. I have tried to contact Vipa since before Xmas. No reply to phone number or numerous emails. Poor

I revised my review. The wiper are actually very good. Its a same the don't tell you remove the plastic, which actually looks like its the blades it self.
Maybe just put a mention of that in the instructions. Generally very pleased.

Terrible quality, leaving streak marks after only a few months. Got in touch to ask if the ones I received were faulty and they replied that their wipers have a lifespan of 6-12 months - which is incredibly wasteful in my eyes.
Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Ordered Front and rear wipers for a Jeep Renegade on 4th Nov, now 28th Dec. Front wiper blades were great! the rear one however didn't fit and it was impossible to phone the company, nobody ever answers the phone and I had 1 reply to 3 or 4 tries on email then I seemed to be ignored. I still don't have the correct rear blade! Probably won't use them again.

Very poor packaging. The wiper blades arrived loose in a plain cardboard box, with no protective plastic on the rubber and no proper packaging. They looked thrown in like used items, not new products. Disappointing.

Items arrived quickly and were well packaged.
I did not fit them immediately, but when I did, the whole process was easy, with clear instructions.
The price is good for high-quality replacement wipers.

Such an easy website to use and great value, will be buying from you again. Fantastic all round

Overall a good experience but you could make locating the correct blades for your model of car easier - I had to search a bit.
