So easy to get to , I had read reviews on the pricey food and drink so booked a table at the moat house Greenking before hand , right near the venue . Keane were amazing , but seats are awful so hard small and uncomfortable. I don’t think I’d want to sit on those again tbh , someone who is tall there is no leg room at all . All staff were lovely, there is a lift on block 9 if needed .
Same experience to that shared below. Bought 4 tickets to the Celine Dion concert through them. Concert was cancelled and I've been requesting a refund for the last year. The company appears to have disappeared - no response to emails, have disconnected phone. Avoid at all costs.
Purchased tickets for Celine Dion from this company. Concert has been moved a few times and now cancelled. Upon trying to get a refund on my tickets I have found they have deleted their Facebook, website is a plain landing page, and their phone number now goes through to a honeymoon company. My emails requesting a refund have also been ignored. I am now £250 out of pocket.
I would very much appreciate if someone could help with a refund.

The show box was better than expected, the seats were tiered unlike the normal seating area.
We had a great view from where we were sat & overall we had an absolute brilliant night.
Will definitely be buying tickets through them again!

Brilliant experience - very comfortable private bar and tiered balcony seating for 14. Good view of the stage and a very special night out.
Friend booked the box, really pleased as had a great uninterrupted view as the seating is more tiered than standard seats so being petite I didn’t have to worry about the tall person in front! Really clean and tidy. Lovely welcome to the box area by all staff we came across. No queues for drinks or the toilets, will definitely use again.
I used VIP Birmingham to watch Westlife at Arena Birmingham. The showcube box was very well situated to see the show. You receive a waitress for the evening to serve drinks which is a lovely touch. The box was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly.
A great way to see a concert with fab views of the stage and comfortable seating. Highly recommend
Whole experience with VIP Birmingham was fantastic from start to finish. Leanne was very helpful with booking and answering my questions. The showcube was lovely and the view was fantastic. The service within the showcube was also faultless we had a great waitress and the staff around the amplify area were also great. Highly recommended and will definitely be using VIP Birmingham again in the near future
Great way to watch a concert. Brilliant views of the stage, first class personal waitress service, and your own private bathroom. Would recommend, especially for people with limited mobility, as there are no steps to the showcube.

VIP service at its finest! No waiting in lengthy queues, fantastic service from the waiting staff, variety of food on offer is excellent and the most vital point....the views are amazing.
I have used VIP Birmingham for over 10/15 shows and they are a honest and trustworthy company that deliver exactly what they promise. I look forward to booking many more shows with them in the future.
I’ve used VIP Birmingham for both comedy and music shows and had the best service. The views from the box are great and it’s such a bonus to avoid the long queues for food and facilities. Would recommend to everyone :)
The best way to enjoy a show at Arena Birmingham. VIP entrance and we also got to relax after the show with a drink - so that we didn’t have to suffer the mayhem outside!
