I think VIP Bottles are terrific but what lets them down is the fact that they use Parcel Force to send out their deliveries.

It took two attempts for Parcel Force to deliver the order...the first attempt they said no-one was in to take receipt of the order...this was absolute rubbish...we were in and they didn't even come and ring the bell...we saw them arrive and then leave in their van without attempting a delivery.

Would love for VIP Bottles to stop using Parcel Force...if that was the case then I would gladly give them five stars!

Unfortunately I wasn’t in when Royal Mail tried to deliver on the 2 occasions so I was informed that the parcel had been sent back. But haven’t had a refund from VIP bottles and don’t know who is to blame and where the parcel currently is…Royal Mail say it has been delivered but I don’t have it and VIP bottles haven’t got in touch regarding a refund…??
