I had noticed things going downhill on delivery but changed my ordering to accommodate that but my last order was completely wrong, it couldn't have been wronger. Things happen. I contact them, provide pictures, docs the whole thing, got a very late response so followed their woeful returns page and sent to the address published and they refused delivery. 50 0dd quid down the pan, have now swapped to another 3 letter retailer with a v and z in the title and am absolutely delighted to be saving money and getting excellent service.

Responded immediately, located problem and despatched a replacement immediately, all the time keeping me fully informed. Customer service was excellent, thank you.

Their usual free royal mail Delivery takes an absolute age to get to the Customer. More than 10 Days from my experience. Which is just pathetic by todays standard. They also have an option for same day delivery service at a premium of £6.95. so i thought ok lets try that, as i had ran out of E-liquids and i needed them urgently. I placed my order Yesterday at 12PM and patiently waited all day after getting the order confirmation by email. Nothing turned up!. They don't respond to emails and their online webchat is always offline. Pathetic service to say the least. Safe to say i wont be coming to these guys for my shopping ever again and i advice you to do the same. I will take this matter and discuss it with my bank, bloody fraudsters.

I have been a customer for quite some time over 4 years. I placed an incorrect order and realized after 12 MINS only after i ordered it. I had ordered liquid for my vape the incorrect milligrams, ordered 10 mg should have been 20mgs. I immediately contacted customer service to try and change them. Was told i had to wait until they arrive, return them, order again and wait 7-10 days for a refund. The scam is when you try and return they tell you they are not currently accepting returns!, waited 3 months for them to finally accept the return after exchanging 5 emails of the usual generic replies, then told me will get my refund within 7-10 days. i returned it on August 20, 2022 and am still waiting for a refund and its been 32 days, a lot longer than the 7-10 days they tell you. In any other scenario this would be considered fraud!!

I was told at the moment they have nowhere to return them to!!!! I should just give it a couple of weeks or so and then ring again to see if they now had a return address they could give me??????? I have been a customer for years with this company but they have absolutely gone down hill dreadfully. Received faulty goods, they sent a courier to pick them up to refund me. Goods were received at the other end asked where my refund was said 4-5 days that was nearly a month ago. Won’t respond to emails chat etc. So they have my money and my goods. I couldn't find my usual vape 'utterly menthol' anywhere in the supermarkets, so I came across this site which sells my favourite vape. It doesn't even taste like utterly menthol, the packaging had been opened so I reckon they have just filled it with cheap vape that is not very nice. Don't waste ya money!
Horrible customer service received
My order was incomplete and they charge me for it. Their customer support are not good and the woman I was talking to by phone, did not let me explain fully the reason of my call, she was constantly interrupted me, chatting at me and call me a rude arrogant person, all of this just because I was trying to explain the situation of my concern. I was a very good customer of this company and now I will certainly never ever buy anything from them. Other companies are much more cheaper and at least we will not deal with an hysterical woman and the phone.

This company has gone downhill in the past 12 months or so. Changed the flavours of most of the liquids which are not nice at all. Get sent the wrong juices, some of which I doubt are even labelled correctly. Then to top it all I bought a vip tense last year and now it's impossible to get coils for them rendering the tense useless so that is the best part of £50 wasted. I have now found elsewhere to get my juices and given up with vip.

I made an error when purchasing some e-liquid and I didn't notice until my order arrived, when I phoned them the offered to collect my parcel and have a new one sent the very next day. To my surprise that same day a courier arrived to collect the liquid and as promised a new box arrive the following afternoon, I really can't fault the customer service one bit and I continue to be a regular customer.
Returned items recorded delivery at their request, now they won't refund my postage.
VIP agreed to refund my order. They asked me to send it recorded delivery and assured me they would refund the postage. I included the postage receipt in the return. They refunded my order but will not refund my postage.
I have contacted them multiple times. Each time I have been reassured I would receive the refund/an email back. But this hasn't happened.
My last online chat to customer services had them take me through security to look into the matter once again on my account. I waited an age online with no acknowledgement of the security details I sent - I eventually left the chat screen.
I sent them another email still no reply a few days later.
I have spent lots of money with this company over the years and only ever had great customer service so I'm ticked off I was asked to return goods via an expensive postage rate, on the assurance they would cover the costs of postage £7.50. Really poor.
