Scammed out of roulette
Usually the Live roulette is fine, however, I placed £100 on the top 3rd and it landed on 31. The session didn't complete or payout, with no explanation they spun it again only to lose. I should of got my stake back as it was voided, but the system kept it and incorrectly used it. Normally happy with my wins and losses but this is unacceptable and won't be using them again. Avoid.

They are not let you withdraw your money
I registered with virgin bet and won some money but when I try to withdraw they stopped my account and asked for verification. I did it 4 times but has been rejected for no reason. Avoid this scam because you never see your wining money.

To prevent myself from excessive gambling, I enabled the "gambling block" on my Barclays current account. This works and prevents me from depositing monies into not only Virgin Bet but is effective across all the major gambling sites. However, if I choose "PayPal" as my deposit account then Virgin Bet seems to allow unlimited deposits from PayPal even although there is no money in my PayPal account and therefore circumvents the block on my current account. This gives the lie to Virgin Bet's claims that they do everything to stop "problem" gambling.
