I deposited £20 off my friends Apple Pay on my Virgin games account because my phone was broken and won £250, when I withdrew the money they’ve not paid me out and closed my account. I told the live chat team the situation and they’re telling me you have to deposit payments only in your name 😂. If that’s their rules why allow the deposit to go through in the first place. Absolute scammers. Wouldn’t recommend this site or any of there other sites eg. (Monopoly casino) to anyone. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THE FRAUDSTERS.

I recently wrote a review saying that virgin wasn't a reputable company but that's not true I was just upset as the woman called me a liar I've won a great number of times and was reward 10 free spins instead of 5 would highly recommend.

The site has become an absolute joke so half a dozen players mainly bots will win all day everyday on bingo, should anyone raise this the bot will appear in chat as the Host disappears obvious it is the host. One host admitted buying max tickets by accdent wtf why would they even buy tickets. Should the numbers fall the 10 secs timer will all of a sudden have 23 new players fixed to the max.Slinn bot blrob bot jodi bot niknak81 bot tink69bbot julyaugoct speedy62 the list is endless this is fraud on a massive scale, several of us have videod the player list as you have to enter the room to buy tkts we have done this over a 48 hr period and it is impossible for these players to have tickets as they didnt enter the room clubhouse this is in the process of being addressed with the gambling commision. I have bought tickets over 12 hour periods just to double check the max of dishonestly even with 3 players won nothing. The site needs closed down and hopefully all genuine players will be due compensation soon over a decade I have played this site and never has it been like this till the last year.

This happened around 3-4 years ago, depositing more and more money each day, but no help on the self exclusion front. They should of taken a look and thought "hmm, depositing alot more than usual" but nothing! scum bags

wish I could give 0 stars, only gave it 1 star because of quick withdrawal and deposit. I played same slot game as other website, virgin games seems to have lower RTP in 1000 spins than other sites. I have only gotten 2 bonus game with payout of no more than x25 after loosing on 1000 spins. I have been a member of this site for well over 5 years, my play style is as follows, deposit £40 and spin at £1 per spin. this month I have paid in hundreds of pounds and its only the 10th of the month, there is a box bonanza promo active and i noticed i was unable to be eligible for it as virgin games said my play had changed and set off a thing to stop me getting promos. Sorry but im a long time player of the site and the agent who i spoke to Daria was not helpful in the slightest, this is what virgin games does to its long term player base ! winning is rare, never play big bass splash as the bonuses are rare as unicorn horns and when it does give u a bonus its ALWAYS 40x your bet or under eg ( deposit 40, spin 36 times and get bonus, bonus pays 32x, so now you have £36 after a bonus !! complain to be told its all rng and rtp and fair, no its not fair, its a con, this is now the last straw for me. i have told the advisor i no longer want my account and it will be getting closed today. way to go virgin games, nice way to treat a player who has paid in thousands of pounds to you greedy people over the last few years.

Reported a game due to over spinning, the game wouldn't stop spinning had to click out and go to the lobby for the game to close , went back into the game and it was still spinning.
Also in game playing the message alert to add more money to the account when no funds, so add more funds go back into game , game won't work.
Constant over spinning with no wins.

For some reason they cannot remove offers from your account when used like other casinos do, and they also do not show any tracking for claimed rewards if free spins, this resulted in me depositing more than once believing the offer showing was a new one yet it was the offer I had already claimed. When I contacted support I was told that I had already claimed, when I asked how inwoild know what offers I had claimed and explained other casinos show reward tracking I was told it is shown in the gaming history. So have to go through pages of spins to find any free spins then align them to a offer to check if I have claimed before trying to use. When you have done over a few thousand spins this is not a workable solution and almost by design as would cause people to not know they have claimed rewards and mistakenly deposit again believing they are still available as they show in the offers still.

Also as per another review check rtp of the games you play as if they seem to be not as engaging there is a high probability they have changed to a reduced version. There are plenty of casinos which do not have reduced versions so make your gaming more enjoyable and last longer by ensuring you play at casinos thar host the highest rtp % available.

WORST EXPERICNE, I withdrew my money and there’s always a bank transfer option, it wasn’t there and I withdrew and my money will take days to come now. I spoke to the live chat and spoke to someone called SAM, I asked him where’s the bank transfer option and he didn’t answer me…. I wasn’t rude or anything and he said he’s closing my account…. He failed to answer my question, and closed my account. For no reason. I want to take this higher and want him fired for unfair dismissal

very poor new customer and after taking my money they have now closed my account i emailed them to ask why they told me to go to live chat live chat said i need to phone them disgraceful how about giving me some of my lost money back!

I was on Virgin Games about 3 or 4 years ago and deleted the app along with a few others and packed in online gambling and today 7th August 2025 I received an email from them telling me I had a £150 bonus payment?
Was about to delete the email but thought I might aswell have a look must be a scam or something?
But no it wasn’t..
I had to update my bank details as they had an old account but I withdrawn the money and 3 hours later it’s in my account, so the least I can do is give them this excellent review and say thank you very much
But unfortunately I will be deleting the online gambling apps.

I had 2 £500 & 1 £1000 withdrawals they asked for a bank statement which i give them they then closed my account permanently and have not given mt withdrawals im taken this to the gambling ombudsmen and ibas

Deposited hundreds and they withheld my winnings from me, refusing to let me withdraw without any explanation.

Biggest bullshit of a scam site out there! Honestly do not waste your time playing any of there games, you'll spend spend spend and get jack all in return!
