After an initial hiccup, registering the staff, this was resolved quite quickly and the process for booking was very easy and straight forward.

Very well explained
Very well explained, and found the mini test at the end of each module very helpful. The actual test wasn't too long either which was great as after doing the modules I wasn't looking forward to a long drawn out test.
