Wonderful service, normally I used Regus my companies, compare to Regus, price less and service good, go for only virtual hq guys.

I have been in business now for over 15 years and this is the worse company that sells Virtual Services I have ever dealt with. So first of all their website is very misleading and they choose their words carefully.

I first dealt with a man called Josh, then Emma which I explained I am in the middle of moving home so I sent all my information over to the compliance team and then got an email saying because I was not registered at my previous address we have to send you out a code in the post and once I receive the code they can activate my account. I explained but I am moving out tomorrow so cannot go back to the property to get this code and they replied well for your new address have you got a bill. I explained I have not got this yet as I am just moving in they replied sorry we can’t help. On top of that just know they do not accept Monza bank accounts only traditional bank statements and to top it off I asked for a refund and they gave me back £3.52 explaining more lies about set up fees which were waived in the end really I paid.

I sent my passport, driving license and still they treated me like a criminal even though I was born in the UK and lived here all my life. Now this has delayed my opening of my business and plus I am out of pocket.

So please business people stay away if you are not registered at your home address(which doesn’t state this on their website so more lies just to get your business) don’t have a traditional bank account and if you cancel they will tell you lies so they will not refund you.

This company is dishonest, website is misleading please STAY AWAY, they are cheap for a reason and now I wish I spent that bit more and went somewhere else.

I initially dealt with Emma, then Josh and then Abi.
They were professional, in there dealings with me without being pushy.
Abi in particular who concluded my registration was very patient and explained what was needed and why.

We just went through the onboarding process with the company and we can say so far we are very satisfied. It was easy and we got all the information we needed. We have an actual person on the other side that will be handling our account which is something we haven't had with our previous provider. So, we are hopeful to have a great experience in the future too.
