Visa Genie are very helpful and very quick. Before applying I emailed 3 times with various questions and always received a prompt reply. I sent the necessary details for the e-visa on Sunday and by Wednesday had my e-visa for India. After I submitted the form I immediately received an email telling me where to email the photos to. Regarding the passport sized photos (for which India require a special size) I just took a picture with my phone and Visa Genie sorted out the size. It was a very stress free procedure.
