Vision 2030 have organised the fitting of solar panels and battery. The fitters were thoughtful, thorough and careful throughout installation.

Friendly and helpful from the start, any small issues or query's only a phone call away and dealt with quickly.
Very tidy installation from panels to mains interface, via inverter and battery.
The operation and equipment all explained well and I'm pleased with the result.

If you present Vision20/30 with a request for a solar system that is not “run of the mill” - they diligently research and only when they are sure the system will perform as intended do they commit and install.

Quick friendly service when quoting for batteries being added to out existing PV system. Our setup was a little unique, so they went out of there way to find a suitable solution and were very competive on price. Their installers were quick and very helpful.

Once they have your money not interested in any problems . Bird netting feel down was promised it would be sorted time and time again after 6 months someone came in pouring rain healthy and safety out the window climbing on the roof . 4 months later it's all falling off again . More promises of repair. Having to look to another contractor to come and fit it properly. Would not recommendin answer to your reply it was the summer months that you didn't do anything sending some one in October when the weather was bad . And as you have mentioned money, it is going to cost £600 to remove the old mesh and clean the bird mess from under the panels before properly fitting new mesh .you at no point gave us a date. You talked about sending one man and a ladder which you did the first time in the pouring rain , health and safety went out the window.

From the initial consultation to instalment the whole process has been seamless. There was no high pressure sales, just a clear explanation as to how it all works and what the benefits are. The installation team were efficient, quick and professional.

Vision 2030 delivered what they quoted and overcame any problems in a professional manner.
They were the only company that sent out a proper surveyor.

We do not recommend Vision 2030.
One panel could not be fitted on installation, and as yet have still not been given our money back.
We had nowhere suitable inside to put batteries, so they told us they could go outside, with a cover to stop the rain getting in. Months later, when they broke down, even though we put a better cover on them than recommended.
When the battery engineer arrived, said they should never have been fitted outside, even with a cover over them.
Four months later we have not had any replacements, although they we still under guarantee.
Communications with them have been shocking.
We are losing money every day.

Made and enquiry for Electric Vehicle Charging chased 3 times and still waiting over a year later for anyone to come back to me. We made the enquiry with the owners wife and failed to come back with any information - Appalling service !

Ease of doing business with Vision2030.
Slight delay in receiving and connecting batteries but otherwise the installation was very smooth. Performance of th product post installation has been excellent and has certainly been a bonus during the large increases in supplier charges for electricity.

They were very helpful in installing the solar batteries and they savings on my energy usage has been quite spectacular. I would recommend this company to anyone

I chose Vision 2030 to install my solar panel system as they are a company that was recommended to me and also they were local to where I lived in Bristol.
From the initial telephone contact I then had a prompt visit from a representative from the company who looked at my energy bills and discussed with me the options. This person was professional and friendly and in no way pushy.
He subsequently sent me a detailed e-mail setting out the system recommended for me and the cost of this and also the terms and conditions under which payment was to be made.
I was happy the prices were in keeping with most other suppliers and agreed to the proposal.
I was pleased at the speed at which the installation was undertaken. The scaffolders arrived a few days before, to erect scaffolding and the solar panel fitters and the electrician arrived a few days later and fitted the entire system within the day and by the end of the day it was up and running.
The system was fitted into my garage occupying the minimum of space and I have to say a neat installation.
So far I have had no problems and have benefited from being able to contact the company to ask questions and get further advice which has been forthcoming. I have no difficulty recommending Vision 2030 Ltd and I am happy to be contacted regarding this review.
My overall experience with Vision 2030 was a positive one.

I was referred to Vision2030 for solar and battery system design, supply, install and commission.

I found the team totally engaging, responding to (many) questions in a timely, open and honest manner.

The equipment supplied is top rate and their installation partner were excellent.

Promised so much with a professional quote, unfortunately the installation and post support didn't live up it to.

The fitting of the solar panels was rushed and chaotic, the fitters where on a tight schedule for the next job. Things where left untidy, for example broken tiles and nails all over the place, trunking run up the walls with holes unfilled, carpet not refilled properly, battery was not earthed, heating controls had no power after the fuse box was turned back on following installation.

When I called the owners about the above comments, and asked what the company quality control process was I got a completely unsatisfactory response. There was no follow up post installation to check on customer satisfaction. In the end I had to call the fitters myself to resolve the electrics.

Aside from the sloppy fitting my main issue is that only 8 out of the 10 panels quoted could be installed when the fitters arrived. The installation price difference between 8 and quoted 10 is small, meaning my return on investment is much less than originally quoted and will take many more years to break even. I asked for a rebate from Vision2030 and was abruptly told "this will not happen".

The post installation service has been poor to nonexistent. I paid for an electrician check my fuse box after installation and he identified the system hadn't been earthed. I called the owners who rudely told me most of my house probably wasn't earthed and that it's not needed unless we have a power cut. Like says you don't need a fire extinguisher until there's a fire. Completely flippant response about our safety and one for trading standards to look into.

DO NOT USE Vision 2030 is my advice unless you want poor and rushed work and abrupt responses when you call them up!
