Untrustworthy, Deceitful and an Insincere company

Vision Critical, a Canadian company, was the owner of a survey panel in the UK, Springboard UK (still operating Springboard US and other panels in the UK as well).

Recently, it decided to sell Springboard UK without any consideration to inform their members, but more importantly without settling members accounts!!
In other words, they let members filling surveys up to the last minute promising money rewards but knowing they would have never paid for these surveys.

Honest, no??

On their Facebook & Twitter pages they really talk nicely in topics like:
"strengthening customer loyalty; many ways of showing ‪customer love...‬".

Instead, they have shown to be a very untrustworthy, deceitful and an insincere company, unwilling to re-evaluate the situation despite the several complaints received.
Members have completed surveys for many months, which by the way were also poorly rewarded, but they kept going on building for the cash cheque they thought they would have received... instead they have been cheated of their money. It took me over 1 year to reach payout.

Some form of points somewhere else was offered but many members felt it was a bad and unwanted deal. All far from honest!

Any company dealing with them should be warned, they may be in for a surprise.
